Fall in August... not that bad

I had always said that if we could have the mild Illinois winters (mild by Dakota standards) and North Dakota Summers, cool, dry and 70s for highs and 50s for lows every day, life would be perfect climatologicaly speaking. We are NOT that far from that today... have hardly run the AC this summer and was out of town when it got hot. Our Electric bill is HALF what it was a year ago.
