What are you manifesting?

Everything you see around you, all the good bad and ugly, all of creation, all of the glory of the heavens, all the evil, all the war, all the violence on our streets, all the beauty in nature, all the goodness one person shows to another, all the love, all the innocent, the laughter of children, the cry of the suffering and oppressed, the greed and hatred, poverty and want... ALL of it is a manifestation of something spiritual. Show me the circumstance and situations and I will show you the spirit behind it. From Shakespeare "The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars, But in ourselves -

God is a Spirit and His creation is good and perfect... and we see it manifested all around. His creation reflects HIMSELF

Man, in his image is in and essence spirit and we see in all around us the manifestation of what spirit we be. When you see what is manifesting all around any person or people, the question is, what spirit being manifested?

So when we see things that make us sick, angry, fearful, awestruck, discouraged, victimized, abused, ... ask yourself of Jesus when He said to his Disciples...

Luke 9:54When His disciples James and John saw this, they said, "Lord, do You want us to command fire to come down from heaven and consume them?" 55But He turned and rebuked them, and said, "You do not know of what spirit you are; 56for the Son of Man did not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them." And they went on to another village.

Heed the Anti Maxim

Whenever we read a great truth, a great saying, a great promise in the Bible and apply it to our lives, it is a Maxim worth living to. There is also equal and opposite maxims.. Anti-Maxims. They are as valid and as powerful. We can not thinking live to them as well.

One came to mind this morning. Know (receive) the truth and the truth shall set your free.

The anti-maxim is Know (receive) a lie and the lie will put you in chains.

Then there is this well quoted passage:
Proverbs 4:5
Get wisdom, get understanding;
do not forget my words or turn away from them.
6 Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you;
love her, and she will watch over you.
7 The beginning of wisdom is this: Get[a] wisdom.
Though it cost all you have,[b] get understanding.
8 Cherish her, and she will exalt you;
embrace her, and she will honor you.
9 She will give you a garland to grace your head
and present you with a glorious crown.”

When you consider the anti maxim in this it's brutal stuff

Avoid wisdom or understanding. Remain willingly ignorant
Reject any wisdom anyone tries to impart. You know better.
Forsake wisdom and you will be vulnerable to all attacks of the enemy, you will have no one to look out for you.
In the end wisdom is too costly, don't bother, don't even try to understand. It's too hard.
Make fun of those who try to help you become wise, if you do it will debase you,
Eschew wisdom and you will end up dishonored. Shame will grace your head and you will stand in the courts of losers uncrowned with anything but filth.

YET people live exactly like the anti maxim and wonder why their lives are such a mess.

Show me your circumstances and I will show you what you believe.. your personal theology, your core values, your strong and weak points... we are the net result of what we sanction, tolerate and espouse in our lives. You can't cast yourself out.. You just are the sum total of your personal creation manifested.

Minimum Wage?

You realize that anything that can be done by a person on minimum wage is the first place robotics, mechanization and automation will be placed in effect. It's cruel to say, but ease of human replacement starts at the bottom of the pay scale, not at the top. All the argumentation for minimum wage has as it's natural evolution the elimination of jobs. Warehouse pickers used to be a real job. It's gone. Cashiers used to be real jobs.. now gone. Working the counter at McDonalds is almost gone as a job. Now an Ipad will ask, "Want Fries with that"? Those who holler about minimum wage are short sighted and those who use is as a political maneuver are mean spirited.

The Open Border Problem in the Southern USA is NOT about Hondurans. Read the report on what is going on:

The report reveals the apprehension numbers ranging from 2010 through July 2014. It shows that most of the human smuggling from Syria and Albania into the U.S. comes through Central America. The report also indicates the routes individuals from North Africa and the Middle East take into the European Union, either to illegally migrate there or as a possible stop in their journey to the United States. The data are broken down further into the specific U.S. border sectors where the apprehensions and contact occurred.

Among the significant revelations are that individuals from nations currently suffering from the world’s largest Ebola outbreak have been caught attempting to sneak across the porous U.S. border into the interior of the United States. At least 71 individuals from the three nations affected by the current Ebola outbreak have either turned themselves in or been caught attempting to illegally enter the U.S. by U.S. authorities between January 2014 and July 2014.

As of July 20, 2014, 1,443 individuals from China were caught sneaking across the porous U.S. border this year alone, with another 1,803 individuals either turning themselves in to U.S. authorities at official ports of entry, or being caught attempting to illegally enter at the ports of entry. This comes amid a massive crackdown by Chinese authorities of Islamic terrorists in the Communist nation.

I watched the news conference and had this same thought

He seems like he's a bungling bumbling incompetent acting without consideration for anyone in a lawless manner which reflects his lack of competence OR he is intentionally lawless and without consideration for human life of any kind. I actually am more concerned with the second.

Three Things I Know for Sure and you should too:

Israel is not a terrorist state... they are the only democracy in the middle east. They are our only ally there. They have no obligation to the world to do other than what they are doing in Gaza... you cannot have a failed state constantly bombarding you with more and stronger missiles supplied by Iran and Turkey. The people who blame Israel for the crisis in the middle east are pawns of the anti semitic demon alive in the world again.

No one in authority is trying to impeach President Obama; If it were even possible. It's not. There's not enough time. The only people talking of impeachment are a few talking heads on the right and most of the left wing media (and Obama). It's a smoke screen meant to keep the real news off the front page. Corruption, incompetence and evil... The foolish and uninformed will believe the lie before the truth is even spoken. Lie faster and more is the ethos of the left and this administration.

Despite all the hoopla, stock market and all, the economy is not getting better, it's getting different. Those who make decisions on how to maneuver around all this have figured out ways to make it work despite the corrupt bureaucracy designed to stop economic activity. Yet, this too is an illusion. This has no capacity to continue long run. The best I can tell you is, "don't bet on it". There is a day of reckoning in our economy coming and when it does it will be brutal.
