Trump’s Top-10 Triumphs: A Last Look At A Remarkable Presidency

 

 President Donald Trump became an ex-president on Wednesday, as Joe Biden was inaugurated as the 46th president of the United States. We wish him nothing but the best. But before we let Trump go, we thought we’d review some of his biggest accomplishments while in office. We call them “triumphs,” because they were all big achievements executed against great odds.

More than any other president of recent memory, Trump fought hard for average working Americans. And contrary to the epithets thrown at him by his far-left detractors in the Democratic Party, his policies helped low-income and minority Americans most of all.

We believe – we hope – that Trump’s post-presidential career and reputation will resemble President Ronald Reagan’s. For those old enough to remember, Reagan also was called every vile name in the book, from “senile” to “fascist” and everything between. Yet, today, in retrospect, his presidency shines as a beacon in our nation’s history.

Given the at-times unhinged nature of the criticism directed at Trump’s presidency by the left and Republican “never-Trumpers,” Trump’s performance in just four years was nothing short of remarkable. He promulgated dozens, if not hundreds, of successful policies that other presidents talked about, but never secured.

First, conservatives have an overwhelming advantage now on the U.S. Supreme Court.

Second, liberals will control the Senate, House and White House, but self-proclaimed moderate Sen. Joe Manchin can stop them

Third, liberals tend to go too far when they hold power at the federal level.

Fourth, conservatives hold a distinct advantage in the states.

Fifth, Donald Trump increased support from Black and Latino voters. Making gains with non-traditional Republican voters will be key to future success for conservatives.

Sixth, working men and women overwhelmingly felt like they had a champion in Donald Trump. Conservatives need to continue to speak directly to blue-collar voters

Finally, Donald Trump nearly won.  I actually think he DID win, and it was stolen. Despite his own challenges. Despite unprecedented attacks from media outlets, social media, elected officials and a global pandemic, he almost won.

Trump’s money-market accounts at Banks United held between $5.1 million and $25.2 million, according to his financial disclosures.



    “We no longer have any depository relationship with him,” Banks United told the Washington Post.

Professional Bank also announced that they will no longer be doing business with the former president or his organizations in a statement last week.

Additionally, Signature Bank in New York and Deutsche Bank have also said that they have cut ties with Trump and his businesses.

“Signature Bank notably took a strong stance against Trump and his allies in congress, calling for him to resign and saying they would not conduct business with lawmakers who had objected to certifying the presidential election,”

Why the LEFT FEARS free speech

Let us begin with this fact: The left always suppresses speech. Since Vladimir Lenin and the Bolshevik Revolution in Russia in 1917, there has been no example of the left in control and not crushing dissent. 

That is one of the important differences between liberal and left: Liberalism and liberals believe in free speech.

(The present leftist threat to freedom in America, the greatest threat to freedom in American history, is made possible because liberals think they have more to fear from conservatives than from the left. Liberals do not understand that the left regards liberals as their useful idiots.)

The left controls universities. There is little or no dissent allowed at universities.

 

So, we return to the opening question: Why does the left need to crush all dissent? This is a question made all the more stark because there is no parallel on the right: Conservatives do not shut down dissent or debate.

The answer, though the left will not acknowledge it, is the left fears dissent. And it does so for good reason. Leftism is essentially a giant balloon filled with nothing but hot air. Therefore, no matter how big the balloon—the Democratic Party, The New York Times, Yale University—all it takes is a mere pin to burst it.

 Leftism is venerated by intellectuals. But there is little intellectual substance to leftism. It is a combination of doctrine and emotion. The proof? Those with intellectual depth do not stifle dissent; they welcome it.

 

Why won’t they? Because they would be shown to be the intellectually shallow purveyors of hate they are. Deep down, they know it.

Now you know why the left suppresses free speech: because it has to. If there is free speech, there is dissent. And if there is dissent, there is no more left.

 The results of the last four years have taught me a lesson I didn't want to learn.  Now that I have, I regret the tuition.  If you think things are bad.. you don't understand the situation. Things are TERRIBLE.  We no longer have a republic.  The America I grew up in no longer exists.  The mask is off the evil. • There actually is a Deep State, and those who constitute it really do not honor the election results or the will of the people.  There really appear to be lawless elements within the upper echelons of the FBI, CIA, and NSA who are not accountable for their crimes and are thus above the law.  The fourth branch of government, the bureaucracy, really is unaccountable to the "unwashed masses."
• Many of our top military command, along with many in the military-industrial complex, don't hate wars.  There's a lot of money and many promotions to be made during a time of war.  The last four years saw no new wars and even troops coming home.  For some, that is bad for business.  Expect new wars.
• Nineteen Eighty-Four and Animal Farm are no longer works of fiction, but prophecies.   George Orwell was righter than Nostradamus.   
• The news media centers of New York City and Washington, D.C. are not neutral arbitrators of the truth; rather, they uncomfortably resemble TASS and Pravda from the Soviet Union days.  The fake news sources on TV really are fake.  I didn’t want to believe it.  There seems to be no REAL source of legitimate unbiased objective news anywhere.  There is not one who tells all the truth all the time. Not one.
• The old robber barons like Rockefeller, Carnegie, and J.P. Morgan are starting to look a whole lot better compared to the new robber barons like Dorsey, Zuckerberg, the Google boys and Bezos.  They are tyrants with a smile.  The worst kind.
• The United States Supreme Court would actually refuse to hear a legitimate case because it was frightened of violence.
• The left insists on conflating and equating evangelical Christians with White supremacists.  This should terrify the Christian community.
• Censorship, the cancel culture, and becoming a nonperson comes from the left, not the right.  The left, not the right, actually is going to try to deny citizens' rights afforded to all in the Bill of Rights.  Violence from the left is regarded as free speech and noble, while violence from the right is classified as sedition and felonious by powerful institutions.  The new McCarthyism, blacklists, history re-writers, and re-education camps are coming from the left, not the right.
• It really is not Republicans vs. Democrats, but globalists vs. nationalists = the UNIPARTY VS the PATRIOTS. 
• Fences and barriers are a good thing for our nation's capital but somehow a bad thing for our nation's borders.
• Our Founding Fathers of yesteryear would be called "domestic terrorists" by some today.
• Presidential elections really can be stolen by corrupting just a handful of precincts in just a handful of states.  Calling into question the validity of the 2016 presidential election is patriotic, while calling into question the validity of the 2020 presidential election is treasonous.
