DO I HONOR AND RESPECT THE PRESIDENT OF THE USA?
Those who think they are doing a good thing by "Having his Back" are not truly understanding what this is all about. I am very much against policies that this administration (not the man, the group) have put into place. I am against the godless pro death homosexual agenda philosophy of the Democrat party. I am against people who lie and use raw deceit to lure people into voting against their better interests.
IF you see that on my wall and think it is abusive, measure it against what I say and then ask yourself this; am I defending a man and his very compelling personality at the expense of policies that in my innermost being I know are wrong? Many will be deceived in that day, even the very elect. I'm afraid many spiritual leaders have checked their common sense and spiritual principles at the door as they enter into a dark place they didn't comprehend before they arrived. This will not be winked at by a Righteous God. I wouldn't even have to be a prophet to say this with authority. Since I am one, I will add that authority to what I have just said.
Now that you know the truth, what are you going to do about it?
HOW TO HAVE A GREAT MINISTRY
It's a lot like learning to drive a car. You remember. You were young. When you first got behind the wheel, maybe with mom or dad sweating in the right hand seat, you were given the keys. It was herky jerky to start. You almost crashed a few times. Dad or mom had to yell stop or turn left. Then after a bit you were allowed to try on your own. If you were like me at all, it felt great. You drove too fast. I loved BIG ENGINES. LOTS OF NOISE. LOTS OF POWER. SQUEALING TIRES. The rush was fabulous. And boy did the girls love me. Noise. Power. Speed. The RUSH.
Then after a few crashes and mishaps I became smarter. Slowed down. Learned discretion. Used power sparingly. Took my time.
What was once a rush became a routine. I used to have white knuckles while I drove. Sweat was present on my forehead.
Later I talked on my cell phone, ate a sandwich, drank a 44 oz big gulp, listened to talk radio and drove with my knees sometimes.
It became easy. Casual. I did it with aplomb.
As I get older I am more and more aware of the still lurking dangers. Deer jumping from the ditch. Drivers who don't look. Traffic issues. Road conditions. Once again I am more careful. I drive with intention. I make each outing matter. I am now the powerful effective driver I always wanted to become. I also know that my days of driving probably have a good till date on them. Insurance companies know this too. They give me very much better rates then I got when I was 20 and full of vim and vigor.
The parallels between Ministry and life as a driver are amazing.
People learn to do ministry by ministering.
We become effective by doing, not study, not rank or ordination.
We are pretty ambitions loving the power and perhaps reckless when we are young.
We have a few smack ups in ministry..it's a good thing. Teaches us to drive more carefully.
We all want a bigger car, until we figure out what we want is a good car that functions.
Then the day comes when as one who ministers you are so busy ministering doing what God called you to do you no longer think about what the car looks like, how fast it will go.
I have been blessed to be called as a Prophet of God and out of that call have been able to bless thousands of others. Several are friends on facebook. YET. I have not been pastor of a Church (except for a brief time), I have not written many books, I have not put on a conference, I have seldom been the keynote speaker at a conference, i am not often invited to speak, I am invited to come bring the word of the Lord to others and that's good. YET, the Lord makes a way. He opens the RIGHT doors. I now have learned to drive more carefully.
Most of the most effective ministry friends I have are not often publishing about their next big event. They are the event with the anointing of God all over them. I would call them by name, but that would be wrong. They know who they are. Small groups, reaching the poor, mining knew depths, finding the richness and sharing it with others, serving seldom in a church but serving.
Great ministries are created FIRST by ministering. Nothing else really works.
HOW TO KNOW IF IT'S TIME TO GET OUT OF YOUR CHURCH!
Adjective:
Having no real value or use.
(of a person) Having no good qualities; deserving contempt.
IF that's how your church or fellowship treats you, if they don't see you as having value, if they don't see your gift as worthwhile, if there is contempt for what you bring, then it's time to find somewhere where you are celebrated, not tolerated. The Kingdom of God is too big for you to be treated as small change by people without vision. I'm not in favor of people jumping church, but you must not let people consider you worthless (other than to stand up, sit down, shut up, clap and pay your tithe). We have FAR TOO MUCH of that in churchianity. Find your place and bloom.
There are three things to consider before jumping ship:
RELIGION has always rejected men and women of true worth:
Acts 4:11 He is the stone which was regarded as worthless by you, the builders, which has become the Cornerstone.
1 Samuel 10:27 But certain worthless fellows said, "How shall this man save us?" They despised him, and brought him no present. But he held his peace.
1 Samuel 25:25 Please don't let my lord regard this worthless fellow, even Nabal; for as his name is, so is he. Nabal is his name, and folly is with him; but I, your handmaid, didn't see the young men of my lord, whom you sent.
YET GOD REBUKES THE TRULY WORTHLESS
Proverbs 6:12 A worthless person, a man of iniquity, is he who walks with a perverse mouth
Galatians 4:9 Now, however, having come to know God--or rather to be known by Him--how is it you are again turning back to weak and worthless rudimentary notions to which you are once more willing to be enslaved?
Romans 1:28 And just as they had refused to continue to have a full knowledge of God, so it was to utterly worthless minds that God gave them up, for them to do things which should not be done.
Hebrews 6:8 But if it only yields a mass of thorns and briers, it is considered worthless, and is in danger of being cursed, and in the end will be destroyed by fire.
If anyone among you thinks himself to be religious while he doesn't bridle his tongue, but deceives his heart, this man's religion is worthless. James 1:26
THERE ARE CAUTIONS IN BEING OF WORTH
Therefore this is what the LORD says: "If you repent, I will restore you that you may serve me; if you utter worthy, not worthless, words, you will be my spokesman. Let this people turn to you, but you must not turn to them. Jeremiah 15:19
Turn my eyes away from worthless things; preserve my life according to your word. Psalm 119:37
But look, you are trusting in deceptive words that are worthless. Jeremiah 7:8
"The LORD knows the thoughts of the wise; he knows they are worthless." 1 Corinthians 3:20
Stay true to God, stay away from worthless theories and words. Wisdom is found only in Him. Stay in that and you will have worth not matter what the Pharisees say.

LONG AGO FEAR
Today we have the same debate. Mormon President? Romney will get his orders from Salt Lake City. This will make Mormonism acceptable. I am here to tell you that this may be the greatest day for the Church of Jesus to rise and shine and hold out a hand of fellowship to people who need to get right with God and who do NOT now have the Holy Spirit dwelling in them. It happened in spades with the Catholics. Now we have the same thing all over again. The arguments by so called theologians that a christian can't vote for a Mormon are as empty as the against against JFK a generation ago.
One other thing... are we so insipid and fearful of the influence of another gospel that we cannot counter it with the truth of God and succeed? OR are we put to shame by a lifestyle of righteous living, moral centered certitude, holiness in flesh, charity in community and wider and evangelistic fervor that we are fearful that they will take over. Do we really believe that the election of Mitt Romney will precipitate all that? Maybe the external righteousness of the Mormon people will cause those of us who name the name of Jesus to come up higher. Maybe we need to examine ourselves.
If you fear the influence of the Mormon Church versus the Gospel of Jesus Christ, what a tiny God you serve. The one I know is MUCH bigger than that.

Conservatives V Liberals by James William Garrett
Article by James William Garrett
We will take a look at Conservative Beliefs and compare them to Liberal Beliefs. To show how their Beliefs conflict within liberals own beliefs and defy logic and common sense.
Conservatives believe in personal responsibility, limited government, free markets, individual liberty, traditional American values and a strong national defense. Believe the role of government should be to provide people the freedom necessary to pursue their own goals. Their policies generally emphasize empowerment of the individual to solve problems.
Liberals believe in governmental action to achieve equal opportunity and equality for all, and that it is the duty of the State to alleviate social ills and to protect civil liberties and individual and human rights. Believe the role of the government should be to guarantee that no one is in need. Believe that people are basically good. Liberal policies generally emphasize the need for the government to solve people's problems.
Abortion
Conservatives believe human life begins at conception. Abortion is the murder of a human being. Nobody has the right to murder a human being. Support legislation to prohibit partial birth abortions, called the "Partial Birth Abortion Ban" Partial birth abortion is the killing of an unborn baby of at least 20 weeks by pulling it out of the birth canal with forceps, but leaving the head inside. An incision is made in the back of the baby's neck and the brain tissue is suctioned out. The head is then removed from the uterus.
Liberals believe a fetus is not a human life. The decision to have an abortion is a personal choice of a woman regarding her own body and the government should stay out of it. Women should be guaranteed the right to a safe and legal abortion, including partial birth abortion.
My comments
I find it moronic and totally illogical that liberals do not believe in the death penalty for criminals that commit crimes like murderer rape and child molesters. But they do advocate killing the unborn totally innocent beyond a shadow of a doubt, but it’s just fine to kill babies. How does that make any sense? Why do the liberals have such a big problem with conservatives siding with life rather than the liberals siding with death and somehow they think the choice of death is better and Conservatives are just stupid and we don’t get it. What’s there to get? It is what it is, killing the unborn.
Affirmative action
Conservatives believe People should be admitted to schools and hired for jobs Based on their ability. It is unfair to use race as a factor in the selection process. Reverse-discrimination is not a solution for racism.
Liberals believe Due to prevalent racism in the past, minorities were deprived of the same education and employment opportunities as whites. We need to make up for that. Support affirmative action based on the belief that America is still a racist society. Minorities still lag behind whites in all statistical measurements of success. Also, the presence of minorities creates diversity.
My comments
It is raciest to create laws that discriminate against one race to give favor to another. That is exactly what Affirmative action is a raciest law. As soon as this law was passed it discriminated against who ever was given favor over another because of skin color.
Death penalty
Conservatives believe the death penalty is a punishment that if it fits the Crime it is neither ‘cruel' nor ‘unusual'. Executing a murderer is the appropriate punishment for taking an innocent life.
Liberals believe we should abolish the death penalty. The death penalty is inhumane and is ‘cruel and unusual' punishment. It does not deter crime. Imprisonment is the appropriate punishment. Every criminal execution risks killing an innocent person.
My comments
No Death penalty for criminals but its fine to kill babies. That is an upside down and twisted way of thinking.
The Economy
Conservatives believe the free market system, competitive capitalism, and private enterprise afford the widest opportunity and the highest standard of living for all. Free markets produce more economic growth, more jobs and higher standards of living than those systems burdened by excessive government regulation.
Liberals favor a market system in which government regulates the economy. We need government to protect us against big businesses. Unlike the private sector, the government is motivated by public interest. We need government regulation to level the playing field.
My comments
Liberals favor a market system in which government regulates the economy. This is exactly what Fascism and Nazism believes how an economic system should be run. Do some searches on these types of governments and you will see I am telling you, the truth.
Education - school vouchers
Conservatives believe School vouchers will give all parents the right to choose good schools for their children, not just those who can afford private schools. Parents who pay the taxes that fund the schools should decide how and where to educate their child.
Liberals believe School vouchers are untested experiments. We need to focus on more funding for existing public schools -to raise teacher salaries and reduce class size.
My comments
The public schools have been unsuccessful since I was in school this goes back to 1972. Nothing has changed now it’s still the same in 2010 or 38 years later and nothing changed. It’s still a very low grade of education teacher’s salaries have quadrupled and the children still graduate with a six grade education and can’t even read. It’s another repeat of the traits of a liberal to keep trying what has consistently failed and to completely ignore what does work and deny the success of anything that contradicts how they think things should be.
School vouchers are not untested and they have been around for as long as the public schools have been around. Remember all the stories of how rich kids get the best education from going to private schools. That’s not because there just rich, it’s because private run schools are just better and today there cheaper to run then public schools. It’s all about the Unions that control the schools; it’s not about a better education the liberals would like for you to believe.
The Environment
Conservatives believe Desire clean water, clean air and a clean planet, just like everyone else. However, extreme environmental policies destroy jobs and damage the economy. Changes in global temperatures are natural over long periods of time. So far, science has not shown that humans can affect permanent change to the earth's temperature.
Liberals believe that conservatives don't care about protecting the environment. Industrial growth harms the environment. Global warming is caused by an increased production of carbon dioxide. The U.S. is a major contributor to global warming because it produces 25% of the world's carbon dioxide. The U.S. should enact laws to significantly reduce that amount.
My comments
Scientists have only been able to measure the ozone since 1985 first liberals screamed about the whole in the ozone then it closed up on its own and the liberals shut up. Then came Global warming being caused by man and it has proven to be a hoax. The science now proves man has little to do with global warming or global cooling. It took $47 billion in tax payer money poured into the liberal toilet to come to that false conclusion that man is the cause of global warming or climate change.
Gun control
Conservatives believe The Second Amendment gives the individual the right to keep and bear arms. Gun control laws do not thwart criminals. You have a right to defend yourself against criminals. More guns mean less crime
Liberals believe the Second Amendment gives no individual the right to own a gun, but allows the state to keep a militia (National Guard). Guns kill people. Guns kill children.
My comments
The only way you can come to the liberal conclusion that the second amendment doesn’t give the people the right to the people to bear arms is if you don’t read the part that says, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed. There is no other way to translate what it plainly spells out in the plainest English possible, unless you don’t read that part. The word in the original bill of rights is separated by a comma separates the militia and the people and these rights shall not be infringed upon. I have an original in my hand as I write this. I don’t need to lie or distort the truth as the liberals always do.
Guns don’t kill people or children, people do. If you left a gun sitting on the table and no one picked it up for 1000 years it wouldn’t kill anyone until a person picked it up and used it to kill someone. I once again find the logic of the liberal missing from their statements. It is funny how liberals blame an inanimate object like a gun for the crime of killing, yet the person who picks up the gun purposely to commit an act of murder is innocent. It’s not his or her fault it’s the guns fault.
Here is the truth of it all. The liberal progressive know they can’t take over the government and install there communist constitution style government as long as Americans are armed to the teeth as we are. This is also why they hate the military so much, as they take an oath to protect the constitution. It should be obvious by the liberals stated positions on constitutional law that they don’t like it and they want to destroy it.
Health care
Conservatives believe free healthcare provided by the government (socialized medicine) means that everyone will get the same poor-quality healthcare. The rich will continue to pay for superior healthcare, while all others will receive poor-quality free healthcare from the government. Health care should remain privatized. Conservatives support healthcare spending accounts.
Liberals believe Support universal government-supervised health care. There are millions of Americans who can't afford health insurance. They are being deprived of a basic right to healthcare
Immigration
Conservatives Support legal immigration at current numbers, but do not support illegal immigration. Government should enforce immigration laws. Oppose President Bush's amnesty plan for illegal immigrants. Those who break the law by entering the U.S. illegally should not have the same rights as those who obey the law by entering legally. If there were a decrease in cheap, illegal immigrant labor, employers would have to substitute higher-priced domestic employees or legal immigrants,
Liberals Support illegal immigration and increasing the number of legal immigrants permitted to enter the U.S. each year. Support blanket amnesty for current illegal immigrants. Believe that regardless of how they came to the U.S., illegal immigrants deserve U.S. government financial aid for college tuition. Liberals Support Visas for spouses and children to come to the U.S. Families shouldn't be separated. Illegal immigrants do the jobs that Americans do not want to do.
Conservatives know these facts
In the last debate on Illegal immigration only 18% of Americans wanted amnesty for illegal aliens and 82% were against it. The liberal beliefs would open the flood gates to millions pouring over the border to take advantage of the amnesty. This has been done two times before and that’s what the result was. This also allows the extended families numbering as many as 48 million more people legally coming into the country. Here is the big problem with allowing 48 million more people into the country. The larger the labor forces the cheaper the wages of all people. It works the same as demand and supply. History proves the larger the work force available to employers, the cheaper the wages that have to be paid. Don’t tell me this is a myth because I have firsthand experience and I have worked with Department of immigration on this problem before it became part of homeland security. This is another example of the liberals defying common sense and it’s as if they want to do everything possible to damage the country and its people in every way possible. Conservatives and the people are the enemy from my observations of liberal democrat actions for more then 40 years
Religion
Conservatives believe the phrase "separation of church and state" is not in the Constitution. For a very good reason it’s not in the Constitution. The First Amendment to the Constitution states "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..." This prevents the government from establishing a national church. However, it does not prevent God from being acknowledged in schools and government buildings. Oppose the removal of symbols of Christian heritage from public and government spaces. Government should not interfere with religion and religious freedom.
The liberal supports the separation of church and state. Religious expression has no place in government. Support the removal of all references to God in public and government spaces. Religion should not interfere with government.
My comments
The very wording of the constitution says religion is allowed in public. The bill of rights specifically says Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of a religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech. By prohibiting religion in public you are prohibiting religion and the freedom of speech. That would mean the liberal idea of prohibiting religion or prayer in public is against the law and is a direct violation of the bill of rights.
The phrase "separation of church and state" is not in the Constitution. That is just a fact. The liberal keep insisting it’s there but it’s not. The reason for that is they live in there fantasyland of just make it up as we go. They think you’re stupid and won’t check it for yourself and hoping you will believe that there telling you the truth. It clearly states in the constitution that no laws shall be passed that restrict religious freedom it is stated even in public. Separation of church and state is no were in the constitution, but liberals constantly lie to people and say it is.
Same-sex marriage
Conservatives believe Marriage is between one man and one woman. Opinions differ on support for the creation of a constitutional amendment establishing marriage as the union of one man and one woman. Believe that requiring citizens to sanction same-sex relationships violates moral and religious beliefs of millions of Christians, Jews, Muslims and others who believe marriage is the union of a man and a woman.
Liberals believe marriage should be legal for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender couples to ensure equal rights for all. All individuals, regardless of their sex, have the right to marry. Believe that prohibiting same-sex citizens from marrying denies them of their civil rights. Opinions differ on whether this issue is equal to civil rights for African Americans
My comment.
Liberals and progressives Democrats are a very sick group of people and I suggest they all see a psychologist and get counseling.
Social Security
Conservatives believe the current Social Security system is in serious financial trouble. Changes are necessary because the U.S. will be unable to maintain the current system it in the future. Support proposal to allow a portion of Social Security dollars withheld to be put into an account chosen by the individual, not the government.
Liberals generally oppose change to the current Social Security system. Opinions vary on whether the current system is in financial trouble. Changing the current system will cause people to lose their Social Security benefits. Support a cap on Social Security payments to the wealthy.
Taxes
Conservatives support lower taxes and a smaller government. Lower taxes create more incentive for people to work, save, invest, and engage in entrepreneurial endeavors. Money is best spent by those who earn it.
Liberals Support higher taxes and a larger government. High taxes enable the government to do well and create jobs. We need high taxes for social welfare programs, to provide for the poor. We can't afford to cut taxes.
My comments
Liberals support higher taxes to create government jobs that become an ever growing burden on the American tax payer. Government doesn’t create wealth they destroy it. 230 years of American economic history proves this to be true. If you believe otherwise your information is flawed. I suggest you do some research on the subject of economics. You won’t find the truth at a liberal website or a liberal blog. There information is also flawed and it’s deliberate.
Liberals say we need high taxes for social welfare programs, to provide for the poor. Look at the section below on welfare. If we grow the economy and create jobs for these poor people they won’t need welfare.
United Nations (UN)
Conservatives believe the UN has repeatedly failed in its essential mission to preserve world peace. The wars, genocide and human rights abuses of the majority of its member states and the UN’s failure to stop them prove this point. History shows that the United States, not the UN, is the global force for spreading freedom, prosperity, tolerance and peace. The U.S. should never subvert its national interests to those of the UN.
Liberals believe the United States has a moral and a legal obligation to support the United Nations. The UN can be effective in promoting peace and human rights. The U.S. should not have acted in Iraq without UN approval. The U.S. should submit its national interests to the greater good as defined by the UN.
My comments
This is just another example of the liberal wanting to keep trying failed systems. The United Nations has never been effective in any way. They can’t even distribute food to starving people without stealing billions in food aid that the United States paid for they can’t be trusted to do anything humanitarian or peacekeeping. Conservatives believe the United Nations is a waste of valuable resources and should not be consulted about any matters of importance.
Bill Clinton once put our troupes under the United Nations flag in Bosnia and that is a direct violation of the constitution. This is just more proof the liberals have no respect for the constitution as they continually support any thing that violates constitutional law and try to make new rules as they go that circumvent or violates the constitution. Shame on them, these are a sick bunch of people that still support and trust this group of thugs.
War on terror or terrorism
Conservatives believe the world toward which the Militant Islamists strive cannot peacefully co-exist with the Western world. In the last decade, Militant Islamists have repeatedly attacked Americans and American interests here and abroad. The terrorists must be stopped and destroyed.
Liberals believe 9/11 was caused by America's arrogant foreign policy. America needs to stop angering other countries. The threat posed by terrorism is exaggerated by President Bush for his own political advantage.
My comments
Sure it’s our fault by the liberal’s way of thinking, it’s always our fault. The perfect example of this attitude is president Oboma going around the world apologizing for America everywhere he goes. He is a disgrace to the country and his attitude about the United States is a form of seditious treason. Conservatives have the opposite point of view based on facts as we see it and as it is in reality not in fantasyland. America has done far more good than bad. America has become the policeman of the world and what will they all do when we are gone?
Welfare
Conservatives Oppose long-term welfare. We need to provide opportunities to make it possible for poor and low-income workers to become self-reliant. It is far more compassionate and effective to encourage a person to become self-reliant, rather than keeping them dependent on the government for money.
Liberals support welfare. We need welfare to provide for the poor. Conservatives oppose welfare because they are not compassionate toward the poor. We have welfare to bring fairness to American economic life. Without welfare, life below the poverty line would be intolerable.
My comments
Welfare has destroyed the black American family and keeps those who are poor people poor. They keep voting for their pay checks by voting for the liberal, progressive democrats. There has been no improvement in the lives or standard of living of the poor until they get out of the government social systems. It’s another example of liberals wanting to continue failed programs even after 50 years of complete failure. After welfare reform 12 million people got off the welfare programs and no one starved to death. They simple just went out and got a job. These laws were reversed by Barak Oboma in February of 2010. Being poor should be intolerable so people strive to get out of that situation. If you make them comfortable in there poverty most people will stay in it forever.
It seems to me that the liberal progressive democrats represent every social problem in our country. The liberals have created many programs to supposedly fix these problems and every one of their ideas has failed. But yet they consistently want to keep on trying these failed social systems. That’s Albert Einstein description of insanity and this is a conservatives take as well. The liberals own beliefs and their actions are in conflict with their stated beliefs. Liberals say we want to be the best we can be. We want as few people suffering as possible. Yet they keep on doing things that conflict with those goals and create an even bigger and ever growing problem. This is all a distraction from matters of more importance and it’s a liberal tactic, while they change other things we aren’t paying attention to. This is how they got control over all three branches of government.
Where Four More Years Leads
Obama’s policies, pals, performance and the people who surround him tell the tale of who he is and where he is taking America.
“In March of 2012, Obama signed the National Defense Resources Preparedness (NDRP) executive order that declared peacetime martial law. Obama granted himself authority over all domestic energy, production, transportation, food and water, all in the name of National Security.”
- The Secretary of Defense has power over all water resources.
- The Secretary of Commerce has power over all material services and facilities, including construction materials.
- The Secretary of Transportation has power over all forms of civilian transportation.
- The Secretary of Agriculture has power over food resources and facilities, livestock plant health resources and the domestic distribution of farm equipment.
- The Secretary of Health and Human Services has power over all health resources.
- The Secretary of Energy has power over all forms of energy.
Think of all that Obama has done in addition to the NDRP and NDAA, with no power granted to any US President to do these things. Here are just a few more…
- Mandating that America’s immigration laws will no longer be enforced.
- Passing the DREAM Act via a policy memo.
- Instituting Cap and Trade via regulations.
- Instructing that the Defense of Marriage Act will no longer be enforced.
- Deliberately arming drug cartels with weapons, which led to the murder of hundreds, if not thousands of Mexicans, including the murder of American Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.
- Permitting drug cartels to operate within the US, as evidenced by the beheadings in America that the media refuse to report.
- Bringing known terrorists/un-indicted co-conspirators into our White House and into our government to dictate US military and intelligence training, policy, rules of engagement and to receive access to classified National Security information.
- Mandating that America’s voting laws will no longer be enforced, including voter intimidation by the New Black Panthers and actively fighting every attempt by states to clean their voter rolls or to institute voter ID laws.
- Mandating a moratorium on drilling even though it violates a court order.
- Taking over property, resources and industry through executive fiat (i.e. an authoritative determination: dictate).
- Presiding over the United Nations (UN), something no other US President has ever done because it is a direct violation of our Constitution.
- Actively working to cede US sovereignty to the UN via treaties which, thankfully, are not yet acceptable to other countries.
From arming government employees, including the Department of Education and IRS agents, to the massive data collection efforts of the DHS that invade our privacy and eviscerate our 4th Amendment protections, to the assault on religion and our 1st Amendment protections, to stealing the money that comes out of our paychecks for Medicare in order to expand his Fascist state bureaucracy, it’s clear that the transformation of America that Obama promised is nearly complete. Four more unrestrained years will hammer the final nail in America’s coffin.

Celebrate
"I'd rather be ruled by a wise Turk than by a foolish Christian."
OK, for those snopes followers, he didn't REALLY say that. What he did say was:
“It is said that there is no better temporal rule anywhere than among the Turks, who have neither spiritual nor temporal law, but only their Koran; and we must confess that there is no more shameful rule

So for those of you put off by Romney's Mormonism, it's time to see things Martin Luther's way. If I waited for a tongue talking, born again, blood bought child of God running for Office, particularly as President, I would not have voted for the last 230 years. Time to choose, it's not the lesser of two evils. It's evil or not evil, that is your choice. You will have to decide which is which. I have already chosen.
Aren't you proud?
belong to the government.
Feelin a little pressure are we?
maybe we could make a difference
ia, Jamaica, Swaziland, Guyana, Gabon and Lesotho COMBINED. I have nothing against going off to far countries to minister, it's just that there are so many unreached people RIGHT HERE that are less then a tank of gasoline from you. IF we would just use the same Holy Ghost power to reach them as we do when we are over there, maybe we could make a difference.

Just a few hundred (well almost 700) reasons I cannot vote for and neither should you vote for OBAMA
2. “Forward.”
3. Because Julia needs to get off her lazy, federally subsidized butt, get a real job, and pay for her own damned birth-control pills.
4. Because lots of people fail at their first real job.
5. Because “Winning the Future” was not a very good slogan back in 2005 when it was Newt’s.
6. Because the country is ready for its first African-American former president.
7. To give him the free time to write his third memoir.
8. Because he’ll have even more “flexibility” after November if he’s back in Chicago.
9. Joe Biden.
10. So that dissent will once again be the highest form of patriotism.
11. Because he didn’t quite get the message in 2010.
12. For claiming that he would cut the deficit in half.
13. And then adding more than $5 trillion in new debt.
14. To remind him that debt used to be, in his own words, “unpatriotic.”
15. Because the buck never stops.
16. For blaming President Bush.
Read all the REST here...it's a very long list
New York Times Proves Clint Eastwood Correct -- Obama Is Lousy CEO
A New York Times front page story today — New York Times! — might have killed President Obama’s re-election hopes.
The story is called “The Competitor in Chief — Obama Plays To Win, In Politics and Everything Else.” It is devastating.
With such a title, and from such a friendly organ, at first I thought Jodi Kantor’s piece would be a collection of Obama’s greatest political wins: His rapid rise in Illinois, his win over Hillary Clinton in the 2008 Democratic primaries, the passage of health care, and so on.
But the NYT piece is not about any of that. Rather, it is a deep look into the two outstanding flaws in Obama’s executive leadership:
1. How he vastly overrates his capabilities:
But even those loyal to Mr. Obama say that his quest for excellence can bleed into cockiness and that he tends to overestimate his capabilities. The cloistered nature of the White House amplifies those tendencies, said Matthew Dowd, a former adviser to President George W. Bush, adding that the same thing happened to his former boss. “There’s a reinforcing quality,” he said, a tendency for presidents to think, I’m the best at this.2. How he spends extraordinary amounts of time and energy to compete in — trivialities.
For someone dealing with the world’s weightiest matters, Mr. Obama spends surprising energy perfecting even less consequential pursuits. He has played golf 104 times since becoming president, according to Mark Knoller of CBS News, who monitors his outings, and he asks superior players for tips that have helped lower his scores. He decompresses with card games on Air Force One, but players who do not concentrate risk a reprimand (“You’re not playing, you’re just gambling,” he once told Arun Chaudhary, his former videographer).
His idea of birthday relaxation is competing in an Olympic-style athletic tournament with friends, keeping close score. The 2009 version ended with a bowling event. Guess who won, despite his history of embarrassingly low scores? The president, it turned out, had been practicing in the White House alley.

The Terrifying New Normal by Victor Davis Hanson
I’ve witnessed two of the most radical developments in my lifetime the last four years — changes far greater than those brought on by the massive new increases in the national debt, the soaring gas costs, the radical decrease in average family income, the insolvent Medicare and Social Security trajectories, or the flat housing market.
One is the fact of less than 1% interest rates on most savings (well below the rate of inflation), and the other is an epidemic of 20-something unemployment. All that is the new normal. . . .
These new realities fall heavily on the young male. Traditionally, he was in charge of taking charge — working two jobs to acquire enough to seed a marriage and family or buy a house, striving to be the protector of the household, and accruing experience in his late twenties that would translate into needed promotions in his thirties that would later on pay for braces, kids’ camp, and college tuitions.
No more. We have become emasculated Italians . . . The new model for the next generation is to cobble part-time work together, intern, occasionally draw on unemployment, send out resumes hourly, and hope for something to turn up (preferably in government, state or federal). We all witness the reality behind these statistics firsthand. When we travel we see more and more older people at work, often well into their 70s. I know 50 or so young offspring of friends, relatives, and associates who are desperately trying to find work.
Some other symptoms: There is a new backlash at colleges, which habitually lie to students about the value of their degrees and care more that their offices of diversity are staffed well and their vice provosts for external relations are hitting all the necessary conferences — at least far more than they worry that their tuition increases have yearly soared well beyond the rates of inflation. The federal government, of course, has masked such excess with subsidized loan-sharking. I asked some young people recently what their various (and all had confusing loan “packages”) “subsidized” student loan interest rates were. Most said between 6 and 9% (as their parents get .25% of their own savings).
I don’t know where this all leads. The aging baby boomers are not going to have the retirements that they envisioned, and their children are not going to have the good jobs their baby-boomer parents enjoyed. The more I talk to those my age (58), the more I hear that they are madly trying to save money, buy an extra house, get a good used car — all for their children who may not otherwise ever have a savings account, a home, or reliable transportation.

How Barack Obama Helped Many in the African American Community Get Homes in 1995 - how that all came out
As few as 19 of those 186 clients still own homes with clean credit ratings, following a decade in which Obama and other progressives pushed banks to provide mortgages to poor African Americans.

Labor Day Thought: Churches are Just Like Labor Unions
- Union members call each other brother...considered to be a brotherhood
- Church members call each other brother and consider fellow members to be brethren
- Unions are organized around particular disciplines, plumbers, iron workers, electricians
- Churches are organized around particular doctrines, Lutheran, Catholic, Oneness, Holiness, Pentecostal, Methodist and so forth.
- There is a fee taken from your paycheck for being a member of a union
- There is a fee given (Implied required) by Members for being a part of a church
- There are rules and regulations one has to follow to be a union member in good standing
- There are rules and regulations one must follow to be a Church Member in good standing
- Policy changes and action of a union is taken by membership votes. Only MEMBERS decide on these by VOTE
- Policy changes and action of a church is taken by membership votes
- Union leaders usually live far above the average wage earner's lifestyle. It's considered OK
- Church leadership (Pastors etc) usually live above the average lifestyle of it's members
- When an issue comes up for review, they always go back to the established rules in a union
- When an issue comes up for question, Churches always tilt backwards toward tradition.
- If you want to be a union member you start at the bottom. You take the menial jobs to start. You don't get called into the cherry jobs until you have paid your dues
- If you want to be a Church ministry member, you start out at the bottom. Clean toilets. Armor bearer. Usher. You don't get to do actual ministry until you have "Paid your dues".
- Decisions made at the senior level in unions often are focused on furthering an agenda that has nothing to do with the membership's well being. Building fancy new union halls. Getting a cushy pension for the Leaders. Union provided automobiles.
- The church does EXACTLY the same thing.
- The most feared movement in America is the increasing effect of Right to Work states where people's employment depends not on union membership and seniority, but on a person's ability gifting and skill. They do all in their power to stop those who use ability to find a workplace.
- The most feared movement in the Church world is the house church, the independent ministry, the break out leader that without the requisite schooling who makes a huge impact in spite of his lack of dues paid. The organized church does all it can to stop this kind of growth. Who knows, someone with a fresh anointing might demonstrate how that looks in building the kingdom.
- In a union you have to be certified and spend time in "Classes" to do certain jobs. Your level of certification is what qualifies you to do certain high paying work. Until you have paid your dues in time and seeking these qualifications you don't dare take a job you aren't certified for. Many very specialized uni0n workers are qualified to do one part of the job, but not another. That takes another union member with a different qualification.
- In the church we do exactly the same thing. We licence, send people to training, even seminary, we ordain, we award status to people who have gone thru the apprentice program. We then end up with certified altar workers, certified musicians, certified preachers, certified youth workers. Each of them is a speciality that by it's specialization seems to dis include any other.
- Union rules require that union workers only work on specific tasks using outdated procedures with an emphasis on keeping qualified workers well employed. For this reason we have Lead Pipe sewers in Chicago. There is no Plastic Plumbing. We use only romex when the non union states use 12/3 plastic wiring safely all over the world. Union rules always resort to old ways, old traditions, old policies in an effort to keep the new from change the requirement for Certified workers.
- The church does exactly the same thing. It resorts to old ways with an effort to maintain the hierarchy. The Pharisees were good at this in Jesus' time. They loved to follow the "Work Rules" and try to keep the "Unqualified Uncertified" from working.
Jesus came to destroy the religious systems. He came to implement a "Right to Work" form of discipleship. He came to mandate that EVERYONE should go out into the world, baptize, teach, disciple others to do the work of the ministry.
We have come to a point in our western church where the "unions" have stifled the church. We see the deterioration and drift from Unions in America, membership and influence dropping like a rock. We see the same thing happening in the Church.
Perhaps it's time to rethink our whole union hall mentality in the church...? Get to your local union hall next Sunday? OR NOT
