Letterman - Palin.....It's an Unfair Fight
Palin vs Letterman.
Same Difference.
What has he ever done that amounted to anything? Made a lot of money as a one up on a time funny man. Big Whoop.
Now sir, you are a stupid bitter old man who's good till date is long since past.
Toss the refuse out - you're over pal. And, by the bye, don't get too huffy about someone bearing a bastard child. You have not a single stone to throw.
And in the other corner....
Sarah Palin, Someday perhaps President Palin, Governor, Businesswoman, Mayor, VP candidate and a darn shrewd negotiator. She just nailed a great deal for the State of Alaska.
They aren't even in the same ring. He's lived in a sheltered playpen and She lives in Real Life.
What has he EVER done that amounted to anything? Ever? I'll wait right here.
The answer he is a zero.
Miranda Rights for Terrorists
Soldier to Captured Islamic Terrorist:
Sir, You have the right to remain silent or, if you want, shout Allahu Akbar in a maniacal voice.
Anything you say will be used against the United States by left-wing radical groups and the mainstream media.
You have the right to use an ACLU attorney in bringing a frivolous lawsuit against the American government.
If you cannot afford an attorney, the American taxpayers whom you haven’t yet killed, will pay for one.
If you do not understand these rights, you will be given a chance to sue us later for your failure to do so.
Our Commander in Chief, Barack Obama, wants us to make sure you get back into the Combat Zone as soon as possible - be patient and work with us and you should be killing us or planting IED’s by tomorrow.
May we get you a cup of Hot Tea or a Koran while you wait for your release on your own ‘Recognizance’?
If you are ever in America, stop by your local ACORN office and register to vote for Barack Obama.

A MUSEUM OF MARBLE FIGURES
A fish has the same temperature as the water in which it swims. Too many Christians are like fish – they have no more warmth of spirit than the cold, unbelieving world around them. Men are warm-blooded creatures. That is the way the Lord made us. That is also the way He chose us to take the Good News – with warmth!
The Lord does not send us out because we have cool heads and dignity. Nor does He choose us because of our self-composure. He sends us out with live coals from the altar, as witnesses to the Resurrection, to testify that we have met the God of Pentecost. I have heard sermons that were like lectures on embalming the dead. Would such a talk remind anyone of the Living Jesus? Neither Jesus, nor Peter, nor Paul left congregations sitting like marble statues in a museum.

PS: I am most convicted in this. I let the temperature of the world around me to sometimes bring me to their level.

Women?
OH Wait, It's only Liberal women that need support.
That makes sense, since liberal women are such whimps. At least that must be the opinion of liberals at large.
Dry?
Pastor friend put sanitary hot air hand dryers in the rest rooms at his church and after two weeks took them out. I asked him why and he confessed that they worked fine but when he went in there he saw a sign that read, "For a sample of this week's sermon, push the button."
Athiest Right Winger Kills at the Holocost Museum
This guy who killed at the museum in DC had neither.
Here's what he wrote:
As duped Aryan sheep begin to understand the "Holocaust" they also begin to better understand Christianity. Both have similar origins. Both have identical objectives.... The New Testament was written in Greek. Paul - who believed the World was flat, that Joshua made the sun stand still, and Jehovah spoke from a burning bush -- wrote one-third of it, perhaps more. The events described in the 24 Books are often contradictory, fail the time-line, defy both archaeology's and nature's immutable laws, and are suicidal if practiced. Nevertheless, the shamans bought it, taught it, and the illiterate public was coerced, brainwashed, threatened, tortured, murdered, and enthralled. The Encyclopedia Britannica states that over 6,000 major redactions exist between the Septuagint (translation of Aramaic into Greek) and its St. James biblical translation. The Gospels profess that only Christians may enter Yahweh's Kingdom of Heaven. To qualify, among other demands, Christians must LOVE THEIR ENEMIES (Jews); give away their personal belongings; eschew knowledge; judge not, despise nature, abandon earthly pleasures, acknowledge that all YHWH's children are equal; and above all else worship YHWH, the jealous, wrathful, vengeful, unforgiving, genocidal, anthropomorphic tribal god (Jesus' father) created by Hebrews in their image and likeness. Omnipotent, omniscient YHWH promises Hebrews that they alone shall inherit the earth, that it is commendable to steal from Gentiles, better yet -- kill them. Whereas Gentiles, if they fail to worship YHWH, are transported straight to Hell. And it is written, "A little child shall lead them."
These dangerous, imbecilic, concepts, tenets, and teachings, often treasonous, DESTROYED the Roman Empire and drenched the soil of Europe with Aryan blood for almost 2000 years!
The Big Lie technique, employed by Paul to create the CHRISTIAN RELIGION, also was used to create the HOLOCAUST RELIGION ... CHRISTIANITY AND THE HOLOCAUST are HOAXES.
"Christianity" destroyed Roman Civilization. The "Holocaust" Religion is destroying Western Civilization. The Aryan gene-pool dies, "unwept, unhonored and unsung."
Atheism is dangerous when it's connected to radical political ideology right or left.
Where's my nickle? Oil at $250 $6 gasoline
Guess what, now four months later the "Experts" are saying the same thing.
Predictions of $250 a barrel on fears for oil reserves, hopes of economic recovery and hedging against weak dollar
I guess knowing these things are more acceptable coming from the mouth of "experts" than prophets. Not many nickles in the Prophet Business.
The Holy Spirit in Action
Power! That is the essence of the gospel. A powerless gospel preacher is like an unwashed soap salesman. Singing ‘There is power, power, wonder working power in the precious blood of the Lamb,’ and then having to fast and pray for a month to get power does not add up.
Christianity, as charismatic Pentecostals understand it is the Holy Spirit in action making the Word of God happen. We must be able to show people that the gospel is what it claims to be. When a world class athlete stands on the track, we do not need to argue to prove that he is a champion. Just fire the starting pistol! That is what I do – the gospel of Christ is alive, so I go into a stadium, and let the gospel do its own thing, and everybody can see it is alive. That is what the Holy Spirit does.

Charles Krauthammer gives JUST THE FACTS about the NICHE market, half of AMERICA
“At a time when awards in the hu manities are a near-monopoly of the left—Nobel peace prizes awarded to those, from Yasir Arafat to Jimmy Carter, who give the most succor to the forces of terror and tyranny; Pulitzers given to whichever newspaper can expose the more damaging national-security secrets—it is important for there to be an award to recognize and encourage journalism and, more generally, political thinking of a different kind.
In that respect, there should be a special award for Fox News. Fox has done a great service to the American polity—singlehandedly breaking up the intellectual and ideological monopoly that for decades exerted hegemony (to use a favorite lefty cliché) over the broadcast media.
I said some years ago that the genius of Rupert Murdoch and Roger Ailes was to have discovered a niche market in American broadcasting—half the American people. The reason Fox News has thrived and grown is because it offers a vibrant and honest alternative to those who could not abide yet another day of the news delivered to them beneath layer after layer of often undisguised liberalism.
What Fox did is not just create a venue for alternative opinion. It created an alternate reality.
A few years ago, I was on a radio show with a well-known political reporter who lamented the loss of a pristine past in which the whole country could agree on what the facts were, even if they disagreed on how to interpret and act upon them. All that was gone now. The country had become so fractured we couldn’t even agree on what reality was. What she meant was that the day in which the front page of The New York Times was given scriptural authority everywhere was gone, shattered by the rise of Fox News.
What left me slack-jawed was the fact that she, like the cohort of mainstream journalists she represented so perfectly, was so ideologically blinkered that she could not fathom the plain fact that the liberal media were presenting the news and the world through a particular lens. The idea that it was particular, and that there might be competing ones, perhaps even superior ones, was beyond her ken.
That’s why Fox News is so resented. It altered the intellectual and ideological landscape of America. It gave not only voice but also legitimacy to a worldview that had been utterly excluded from the mainstream media.
I’m proud to be part of this televised apostasy. And particularly proud to be part of the single best news program on American television, the six-o’clock news—first with Brit Hume, now with Bret Baier. How good is “Special Report”? So good that even if I weren’t on it, my mother would watch it—and she spent 50 years as a Democrat.”

A picture of the whore church and the true church in Tiller Murder
This split is most represented by the Tiller membership and service in an ELCA church where he found refuge and acceptance when a LCMS congregation excommunicated him.
Excommunication is a rarely used act but if someone is in total rebellion and refuses to repent they must be turned away.
Tiller was.
This whole article is worth reading and the comments revealing. The whole of Christianity is going thru a church split, it's long overdue, it revolves around key issues of righteousness. In the end there will be only one true church and the unified ecumenical whore.
I know where I plan to be. Choose this day whom you will serve, but as for me and my house we will serve the Lord.

ACORN Enters the Highly Lucrative Global Warming Hysteria Business
By Matthew Vadum on 6.8.09 @ 6:56PM
Now the ACORN crime family is jumping on the global warming alarmism bandwagon, according to (the left-leaning) Worldwatch Institute.
The radical community group, which is now facing voter registration fraud charges in Nevada, has joined forces with Al Gore and other groups for the ultimate taxpayer shakedown: carbon emission controls.
From the Worldwatch article:
Brian Kettenring, ACORN's deputy director of national operations, said his group - the largest grassroots community organization of low- and moderate- income people in the United States - was inspired to join the Climate Equity Alliance and work with groups such as the Sierra Club after seeing the vulnerability of cities such as New Orleans to rising sea levels and more intense climatic events. The group, which lobbies for affordable housing and improved education in urban areas, is also encouraged by the hope of "green jobs," environmentally sustainable employment opportunities.
"ACORN families understand that building a green economy that's sustainable and builds jobs for working families is good for them, good for the environment, and good for communities," Kettenring said.
ACORN's contribution will include direct lobbying of Congress. In the long term, Kettenring expects more ACORN chapters to become involved in green jobs initiatives, such as efforts to collect federal funding for weatherizing urban buildings. [...]
Maybe the corrupt ACORN network needs more money to pay its back taxes and mounting legal bills.

Lou is Scared of Obama - so am I
Lou Pritchett is one of corporate America's true living legends- an acclaimed author, dynamic teacher and one of the world's highest rated speakers. Successful corporate executives everywhere recognize him as the foremost leader in change management. Lou changed the way America does business by creating an audacious concept that came to be known as "partnering." Pritchett rose from soap salesman to Vice-President, Sales and Customer Development for Procter and Gamble and over the course of 36 years, made corporate history.
AN OPEN LETTER TO PRESIDENT OBAMA
Dear President Obama:
You are the thirteenth President under whom I have lived and unlike any of the others, you truly scare me.
You scare me because after months of exposure, I know nothing about you.
You scare me because I do not know how you paid for your expensive Ivy League education, your upscale lifestyle and housing with no visible signs of support.
You scare me because you did not spend the formative years of youth growing up in America and culturally you are not an American.
You scare me because you have never run a company or met a payroll.
You scare me because you have never had military experience, thus don't understand it at its core.
You scare me because you lack humility and 'class', always blaming others.
You scare me because for over half your life you have aligned yourself with radical extremists who hate America and you refuse to publicly denounce these radicals who wish to see America fail.
You scare me because you are a cheerleader for the 'blame America' crowd and deliver this message abroad.
You scare me because you want to change America to a European style country where the government sector dominates instead of the private sector.
You scare me because you want to replace our health care system with a government controlled one.
You scare me because you prefer 'wind mills' to responsibly capitalizing on our own vast oil, coal and shale reserves.
You scare me because you want to kill the American capitalist goose that lays the golden egg which provides the highest standard of living in the world.
You scare me because you have begun to use 'extortion' tactics against certain banks and corporations.
You scare me because your own political party shrinks from challenging you on your wild and irresponsible spending proposals.
You scare me because you will not openly listen to or even consider opposing points of view from intelligent people.
You scare me because you falsely believe that you are both omnipotent and omniscient.
You scare me because the media gives you a free pass on everything you do.
You scare me because you demonize and want to silence the Limbaughs, Hannitys, O'Relllys and Becks who offer opposing, conservative points of view.
You scare me because you prefer controlling over governing.
Finally, you scare me because if you serve a second term I will probably not feel safe in writing a similar letter in 8 years.
Lou Pritchett
Hard times with JOY
"Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will be joyful in God my Savior" (Hab. 3:17-18).
When we experience adversity, we generally respond in one of three ways: (1) we become angry; (2) we try to gut it out; or (3) we accept it with joy.
Anger
When adversity comes our way, we say, "Why me, Lord?" We become bitter and resentful and blame God and others for our problems. We view ourselves as victims and demand that God answer our accusing questions: "Why don't You love me, Lord? We feel entitled to life, health, wealth, and happiness.
Gutting It Out
Another way we respond to adversity is by adopting a stoic attitude, repressing our emotions. We lie to ourselves and say, "I'm gutting it out. I'm demonstrating endurance." In reality, we are merely isolating ourselves with a shell of false bravado. We don't meditate on God's love, we don't pray, we don't believe God really has anything good planned for us. We simply tell ourselves, "This will soon be over. I'm a survivor." We never receive what God has planned for us if we stay here.
Acceptance with Joy
This is the response God seeks from us. When adversity comes, we rest in His love and trust that He knows best. We realize that nothing can happen to us without His permission. If there is pain in our lives, we know it's because God deems it necessary for our growth or wishes to use our pain to minister to others.
God revealed to the prophet Habakkuk that Israel was soon to be invaded by the Babylonians. Habakkuk knew that Israel was about to suffer intense adversity as part of God's loving discipline of His people. Habakkuk faced the looming national tragedy with an attitude of acceptance with joy.
If Habakkuk could be joyful in the face of a national calamity, then we can rejoice in the Lord no matter what comes our way.

Daydreaming or Nightmareing?
I wonder if the fact that sales of these hula hoops are falling off the edge of the earth will bring the bite of reality back to the public?
This is where ignorance of basic science and gullibility gets you:
How do I get in on this?
There are clinics like this one who do it and the results are expensive and extraordinary. Maybe it would be cheaper and less painful to NOT GET ONE in the first place. Here's what it looks like when it works.
