An earthquake in the United States along the New Madrid fault, which caused strong earthquakes early in the 19th century, could kill tens, or even hundreds of thousands of people in the more densely populated cities surrounding the Mississippi River. All technology can do in the face of such force is to minimize damage to communities and infrastructure, he said, and “on both of those fronts, we’re never going to be perfect.”
Given the limits of steel and concrete to resist the forces of nature, much depends on people’s own preparedness to face up to disaster — but that mental infrastructure is in even poorer shape than the nation’s roads and bridges. People in the Midwest might have storm cellars to shield them from tornadoes, and those in coastal cities like New Orleans might keep a hatchet in the attic in case they have to chop their way onto their roof after a hurricane. But in most of the country, simple plans that include having a quick-grab case of supplies, medications and important family papers, as well as a plan for reuniting family members who have been separated in a disaster, are distressingly rare, Dr. Redlener said.
Dr. Redlener, the author of “Americans at Risk,” about why the United States is not prepared for megadisasters and what we be done about it, said the biggest problem is a failure to go so far as even Japan has to protect its citizens from natural disasters.

According to the Christian prophet Edgar Cayce, the land-mass of Japan is slated for submergence. The new madrid area will disappear. These recent quakes are not a coincidence. Illinois, Indiana are safe. Southern and eastern Canada are safe.
Just noted some recent quakes at new madrid. Insignificant, but starting to warm up.

Look at the following link for a map of the earthquakes in the past week. Look starting from Baja to eastern Tennessee. Connect the dots. Baja, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, and Tennesee. Is there a visible fault line? If so, this matches the Christian prophet Edgar Cayce's predictions. California? We already know about that. We saw that possibility on Superman. The deep south would be unexpected. God is trying to get our attention. Pray and be in his Word. He is the focus.
