At first I thought, Why would ANYONE want to preserve the nails that were used at Jesus Crucifixion. Then when I heard they were in Caiaphas' tomb...it made some sense, sort of burying his shame with him. How would you like to have been the big guy with Jesus walking around for forty days after he was crucified? I give this a 3 on the credibility scale. Not fully convinced but plausible.
