Bogus Bible Beliefs

It's amusing to one who KNOWS the scripture the kinds of things people say. This writer wrote about some faux pas that are common.

LIKE:

• “God helps those who help themselves.”
• “Spare the rod, spoil the child.”
• “This, too, shall pass.”
• “God works in mysterious ways.”
• “Cleanliness is next to Godliness.”

None of these are in the Bible...along with many others we believe but aren't there.
