Maybe it's time to just outlaw all collective bargaining for ten years. See how that works out and then start over. I see no benefit whatsoever for any collective bargaining in this day and age and with what is ahead. Kill it now and avoid the violence. Make the whole of the USA a right to work nation and invalidate all union agreements at once by law. Maybe that will stir some growth.
On Sunday, August 7, 2011, some 45,000 members of the Communications Workers of America (CWA), walked off the job and onto the picket line after their collective bargaining negotiations with Verizon broke down over the full gamut of employment issues.
