I have come up with a foolproof Jobs Program. Every person should hire one other person to do their laundry and clean their houses. They should be required to pay the minimum wage and all benefits. IF not they should be fined.

IF this seems like a bad idea, consider, you might even get a $2500 tax credit for doing so. Still a bad idea? Then why is this what is being proposed?
