My wife is convinced that Joe Biden is mentally impaired. Dementia. Something that makes him a bit nuts. This is not a political statement as much as wondering how good is it to have a person on the edge of insanity a heartbeat away from the President. What do you think?

I saw a comment on a blog from a doctor recommending that Biden get a brain MRI. The outbursts of increasing inappropriate, Tourettes-like behavior might be a big indicator of early onset Alzheimers. I don't think it's "Joe being Joe" anymore. The blog comment made me think twice about terrible Biden has been behaving and how stupidly. It might be clinical. I have a hunch his wife and family might be very worried. I don't think he's going to be running for President in 2016 as he wants to.
