From time to time I see a
church plant and have a sense I should go help.... then I recall...
pain and suffering. IF you think of
planting a church, and you should, you need to read this. It will help
you get a grip on what you are about to do. I used to organize classes
for Carnegie. Roll into a town, work for six weeks and have about 40
people who paid to be part of the group. That was easy compared to
church planting. Yet it is important... just don't believe all the
press releases from the instant success stories. They are never really
true.
