Today in California the federal court ruled that the 10 day waiting period for gun purchases is unconstitutional.
Meanwhile, the California State Senate and Assembly has been working hard to pass eight (one was already signed into law) gun related laws to restrict everything from ammo sales to new requirements for BB guns.
