Melons
are members of the cucurbit family, which includes pumpkins, zucchini,
cucumbers, summer squash and winter squash. Being closely related,
melons have similar growth requirements, however they will not
cross-pollinate with cucumbers, squash or pumpkins.

High sugar content is achieved by avoiding all stress during the growing
season. Stress comes from foliar diseases, insect pests, weeds, poor
nutrition, and excesses or lack of water.Read the whole very inspiring educational article

o.k. let me extrapolate this, if I can get 2.3 melons a plant at say .60 cents a melon and have 4000 plant per acre, wow I will be rich. how bought I buy a tractor , a sixpack and you can ride around and we can look at the money growing all around us.
oh, and if I have 40 acres of melons I won't be able to count all of the money, you will have to help me with the counting, might take a twelve pack.
I'll be right over. Get that drawbar ready
So, is it the lack of stress that causes most of the Hollywood female stars to have nice melons?
