IF you don't have enough money to pay your bills, meet your obligations and have little chance of finding any you are bankrupt, even if you don't declare yourself such. You might not be technically bankrupt, but practically you are. It's just a matter of time until reality hits. Leadership is embracing bad news and ...probing deeply for TRUTH. We have leadership in the world, our nation, our state and in the pulpits of Churches who think that just saying nice things will fix it. No, the FIX is removing those who have taken us here, doing the hard things and start toward desired results. NOT BEING BANKRUPT!

If you strip away the political correctness, Chapter Three of the IMF's World Economic Outlook more or less condemns Southern Europe to death by slow suffocation and leaves little doubt that fiscal tightening will trap North Europe, Britain and America in slump for a long time.
