Illinois being one of the most corrupt states in the union has now transplanted that grace to the national leadership. And if we are "Lucky" Rham will make sure we have an unbroken string of corruption in Chicago. The USA is right there along side Hungary as more corrupt than two years ago. Above us is the country ...of Chile. Now if we can just be less corrupt nationally than Chile, we can try to get back in the top 20.

The United States fell to 22nd from 19th last year, with its CPI score dropping to 7.1 from 7.5 in the 178-nation index, which is based on independent surveys on corruption.
