Having children and its concomittant responsibilities of taking care of them that brings with it a lack of sleep- the need to get up early everyday to feed them, send them to school , to work to provide for them .....is God's main.way of keeping the human race from being exxessivley self focused and narccistic- the decrease in the amount of children we have , as well as the amount of child killing and abortion today is a direct reflection of the selfishness prevalent in today's culture
