Business Concept Number 5:

I promised to give away some sound tested business strategies to those who would have the courage to do them. None require higher education. All require work.

Employee Matchmaker Catalog
First, find every single unemployed person you can. Get their story. Create a good resume. Figure out what they might be good at. What they know how to do. Take a picture. Try to get 100 or more. Create an online catalog of them. Also a printout.

Then, based on what you see as needs from the job seekers, start to go to companies and organizations who MIGHT be willing to hire them. Avoid very large companies and government. Too many layers of bureaucrats. Look for medium size and small companies. Just ask if they would be willing to consider those who you have cataloged. They will. Make it easy for them. Ask what openings they might have or have coming up. Assure them no one will contact them from your catalog of potential employees.

After you have had a bit of success placing people in jobs based on what you know how to do, (you are in a learning curve at first) then you begin to get your income stream going. Do not charge the employer. They won't pay.

For preparing the prospective employee's profile, picture, resume review and presentation to potential employers, charge them by credit card. $200 non refundable advance. You have to sell them on your ability to help them. I know there are free government agencies that purport to do this, but they are really lame and incompetent. People need REAL help.

They must agree to pay you an amount to a week's gross salary minus the $200 advance. There are rules and regulations on this, at one time it was the norm, but no longer. There is a resurgence of this service. It is needed in our soft employment market.

IF you believe you have the stuff to make this work, there is a good income in it and you provide a real service. There are publications on this. Much on the internet. But you need to figure out how to do it. Those who do it well make very good money. You are doing very good work. Needed
