Getting out of Dodge

Chicago is to Illinois as California is to the rest of the country. Unemployment is 13%. Too many tax takers, fewer and fewer tax payers. Housing has become impossible. $700,000 for a shack. People are renting rather than buying and they are voting with their feet. Moving out. All that will be left will be people saying gimmie gimmie gimmie and it will collapse.
