Does anybody else remember when "awards" were given for people who succeeded at doing good deeds?

Maybe it means they won't be able to log into the nuke website?

This was given to 6th graders at Milam elementary in Tupelo, MS. It is the 6th grade school. They were told to not speak about it outside of class and to not take it home. The student snuck it home because they knew their parents would want to see it.

Here are ten of the most revolting quotes from every university student’s favorite ‘freedom fighter’, Che Guevara:

Che Guevara:

1) “Youth must refrain from ungrateful questioning of governmental mandates. Instead, they must dedicate themselves to study, work and military service.”

2) “Youth should learn to think and act as a mass. It is criminal to think as individuals!”

3) “The victory of Socialism is well worth millions of atomic victims!”

4) “We must do away with all newspapers. A revolution cannot be accomplished with freedom of the press.”

5) “To send men to the firing squad, judicial proof is unnecessary. These procedures are an archaic bourgeois detail. This is a revolution! And a revolutionary must become a cold killing machine motivated by pure hate.”

6) “Hatred is the central element of our struggle! Hatred so violent that it propels a human being beyond his natural limitations, making him a violent and cold-blooded killing machine. Our soldiers must be thus.”

7) “The blacks, those magnificent examples of the African race who have conserved their racial purity by a lack of affinity with washing, have seen their patch invaded by a different kind of slave: The Portugese.”

“The black is indolent and fanciful, he spends his money on frivolity and drink; the European comes from a tradition of working and saving which follows him to this corner of America and drives him to get ahead.”

9) “I fired a .32 caliber bullet into the right hemisphere of his brain which came out through his left temple. He moaned for a few moments, then died.”

10) “I’d like to confess, Papa, at that moment I discovered that I really like killing.”

If one of your friends or someone you know owns a Che shirt or poster, share this link with them, so that they can learn the truth about Che Guevara.

Nurse Discusses 5 Regrets People Tell Her Before They Die

 http://universityprimetime.com/school/unh/article/nurse-discusses-5-regrets-people-tell-her-before-they-die

For many years I worked in palliative care. My patients were those who had gone home to die. Some incredibly special times were shared. I was with them for the last three to twelve weeks of their lives. People grow a lot when they are faced with their own mortality.

I learnt never to underestimate someone’s capacity for growth. Some changes were phenomenal. Each experienced a variety of emotions, as expected, denial, fear, anger, remorse, more denial and eventually acceptance. Every single patient found their peace before they departed though, every one of them.

When questioned about any regrets they had or anything they would do differently, common themes surfaced again and again. Here are the most common five:

1. I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.
This was the most common regret of all. When people realize that their life is almost over and look back clearly on it, it is easy to see how many dreams have gone unfulfilled. Most people had not honoured even a half of their dreams and had to die knowing that it was due to choices they had made, or not made.

It is very important to try and honour at least some of your dreams along the way. From the moment that you lose your health, it is too late. Health brings a freedom very few realise, until they no longer have it.

2. I wish I didn’t work so hard.
This came from every male patient that I nursed. They missed their children’s youth and their partner’s companionship. Women also spoke of this regret. But as most were from an older generation, many of the female patients had not been breadwinners. All of the men I nursed deeply regretted spending so much of their lives on the treadmill of a work existence.

By simplifying your lifestyle and making conscious choices along the way, it is possible to not need the income that you think you do. And by creating more space in your life, you become happier and more open to new opportunities, ones more suited to your new lifestyle.

3. I wish I’d had the courage to express my feelings.
Many people suppressed their feelings in order to keep peace with others. As a result, they settled for a mediocre existence and never became who they were truly capable of becoming. Manydeveloped illnesses relating to the bitterness and resentment they carried as a result.

We cannot control the reactions of others. However, although people may initially react when you change the way you are by speaking honestly, in the end it raises the relationship to a whole new and healthier level. Either that or it releases the unhealthy relationship from your life. Either way,you win.

4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.
Often they would not truly realise the full benefits of old friends until their dying weeks and it was not always possible to track them down. Many had become so caught up in their own lives that they had let golden friendships slip by over the years. There were many deep regrets about not giving friendships the time and effort that they deserved. Everyone misses their friends when they are dying.

It is common for anyone in a busy lifestyle to let friendships slip. But when you are faced with your approaching death, the physical details of life fall away. People do want to get their financial affairs in order if possible. But it is not money or status that holds the true importance for them. They want to get things in order more for the benefit of those they love. Usually though, they are too ill and weary to ever manage this task. It is all comes down to love and relationships in the end. That is all that remains in the final weeks, love and relationships.

5. I wish that I had let myself be happier.
This is a surprisingly common one. Many did not realize until the end that happiness is a choice. They had stayed stuck in old patterns and habits. The so-called ‘comfort’ of familiarity overflowed into their emotions, as well as their physical lives. Fear of change had them pretending to others, and to their selves, that they were content. When deep within, they longed to laugh properly and have silliness in their life again. When you are on your deathbed, what  others think of you is a long way from your mind. How wonderful to be able to let go and smile again, long before you are dying.

THE AFFORDABLE HORSE ACT OF 2013

The U.S. government has just passed a new law called: "The Affordable Horse Act" declaring that every citizen MUST purchase a horse, by April 2014.

These "affordable" horses will cost an average of $54,000-$155,000 each. This does not include taxes, trailering, training, feed and farrier fees, boarding, show and transportation fees, veterinarian bills or the occasional hospitalization.

This law has been passed, because until now, typically only wealthy and financially responsible people have been able to purchase horses. This new laws ensures that every American can now have an "affordable" horse of their own, because everyone is "entitled" to a horse. If you purchase your horse before the end of the year, you will receive 4 "free" saddle pads; not including monthly usage fees.

In order to make sure everyone purchases an affordable horse, the costs of owning a horse will increase on average of 250-400% per year. This way, wealthy people will pay more for something that other people don't want or can't afford to maintain. But to be fair, people who can’t afford to maintain their horse will be regularly fined and children (under the age of 26) can ride their parents horse to show on until they turn 27; then must purchase their own horse.

• If you already have a horse, you can keep yours (just kidding - no you can’t).
• If you don't want or don't need a horse, you are required to buy one anyhow.
• If you refuse to buy a horse or can’t afford one, you will be regularly fined $800 until you purchase one or face imprisonment.

Failure to ride your horse will also result in fines. People living in the inner-city; low-desert, or who live in cities or areas with no access to stables or show-rings are not exempt. Age, fear of falling, no equestrian experience, neither horsemanship skills, nor inability to ride are acceptable excuses for not using your horse.

A government review board (that doesn't know the difference between the withers, fetlock or tail of a horse) will decide everything, including: when, where, how often and for what purposes you can use your horse … along with how many people can ride your horse and determine if one is too old or healthy enough to be able to ride their horse. They will also decide if your horse has out lived its usefulness or if you must purchase specific accessories, (like a $5,000.00 saddle) or a newer and more expensive green Warmblood from Europe. Those that can afford Fancy Hunters will be required to do so...it’s only fair.

The government will also decide the name for each horse. Failure to comply with these rules will result in fines and possible imprisonment.

Government officials are exempt from this new law. If they want a horse, they and their families can obtain a horse for free, at the expense of tax payers.

Unions, bankers and mega companies with large political affiliations ($$$) are also exempt.

I was going to order a new horse today, but the website was down, I’m sure they will fix it, I will try again tomorrow!!!!

From Newsalert

Should BMI Challenged Barbara Mikulski and Hillary Clinton Determine What Should Be in Your Health Plan? Or Should You Take Advice From Rep. Kristi Noem and Sarah Palin Who Want You to Choose What You Want????

The modern day Democrat party say it knows what should be in your health plan. They are concerned you have "crappy insurance" and preventative care. But, what if Senator Barbara Mikulski isn't the "best" person to tell you what you need to do to stay healthy??? Senator Mikulski and Hillary Clinton , with enormous conviction, say that they have the plan to keep you healthy? What if ObamaCare turns you into clones of them??? Would you feel healthy??? Isn't it better just to try and emulate Rep. Kristi Noem and Sarah Palin??? They will not tell you what to have in a health insurance policy. They will not claim to be health care experts who want to run your life. They'll leave you alone.

How to solve Homelessness

We have an epidemic of homeless in the USA.  Many people cannot find anywhere to live.  So they live on the streets, under bridges, in abandon buildings.  They are truly victims of an evil corrupt housing system that favors those who can afford nice homes and discriminates against those who cannot.

We need a fix.  I have an idea.  The AHA.  The affordable housing act.  An act that if you have a nice home we will take it from you and force you to live in one that is not nearly what your old one was, but we will insist it is better.  It will be uniform.  No one will have a better home than anyone else.  Universal home provision.

I know you won't get to keep that house you bought and paid for... but those who have no home will now be able to live free and clear.  Oh, you will be requied to pay more for your living expenses even though your house will be much less than you were used to.  It's just fair.  Think of those who can't afford a home.  It's for them.

I know that when I introduced this idea and you bought into it I told you that you could keep your home, I misspoke.  OK,  I lied.  But it's for the good of all.  We can all live in these nice boxes, equal, controlled, oppressed and.....hey it worked in East Germany for almost 40 years... Why not?

12 Things Happy People Do Differently -- And Why I Started Doing Them | Jacob Sokol

Here are a dozen things that any of us -- at any age or stage of life -- can start doing today to feel the effects of more happiness in our lives [2].
  1. Express gratitude. -- When you appreciate what you have, what you have appreciates in value. Kinda cool right? So basically, being grateful for the goodness that is already evident in your life will bring you a deeper sense of happiness. And that's without having to go out and buy anything. It makes sense. We're gonna have a hard time ever being happy if we aren't thankful for what we already have.
  2. Cultivate optimism. -- Winners have the ability to manufacture their own optimism. No matter what the situation, the successful diva is the chick who will always find a way to put an optimistic spin on it. She knows failure only as an opportunity to grow and learn a new lesson from life. People who think optimistically see the world as a place packed with endless opportunities, especially in trying times [3].
  3. Avoid over-thinking and social comparison. -- Comparing yourself to someone else can be poisonous. If we're somehow "better" than the person that we're comparing ourselves to, it gives us an unhealthy sense of superiority. Our ego inflates -- KABOOM -- our inner Kanye West comes out! If we're "worse" than the person that we're comparing ourselves to, we usually discredit the hard work that we've done and dismiss all the progress that we've made. What I've found is that the majority of the time this type of social comparison doesn't stem from a healthy place. If you feel called to compare yourself to something, compare yourself to an earlier version of yourself.
  4. Practice acts of kindness. -- Performing an act of kindness releases serotonin in your brain. (Serotonin is a substance that has TREMENDOUS health benefits, including making us feel more blissful.) Selflessly helping someone is a super powerful way to feel good inside. What's even cooler about this kindness kick is that not only will you feel better, but so will people watching the act of kindness. How extraordinary is that? A side note is that the job of most anti-depressants is to release more serotonin. Move over Pfizer, kindness is kicking ass and taking names.
  5. Nurture social relationships. -- The happiest people on the planet are the ones who have deep, meaningful relationships. Did you know studies show that people's mortality rates are DOUBLED when they're lonely? WHOA! There's a warm fuzzy feeling that comes from having an active circle of good friends who you can share your experiences with. We feel connected and a part of something more meaningful than our lonesome existence.
  6. Develop strategies for coping. -- How you respond to the "craptastic" moments is what shapes your character. Sometimes crap happens -- it's inevitable. Forrest Gump knows the deal. It can be hard to come up with creative solutions in the moment when manure is making its way up toward the fan. It helps to have healthy strategies for coping pre-rehearsed, on-call, and in your arsenal at your disposal.
  7. Learn to forgive. -- Harboring feelings of hatred is horrible for your well-being. You see, your mind doesn't know the difference between past and present emotion. When you "hate" someone, and you're continuously thinking about it, those negative emotions are toxic for your well-being. You put yourself in a state of suckerism (technical term) and it stays with you throughout your day.
  8. Increase flow experiences. -- Flow is a state in which it feels like time stands still. It's when you're so focused on what you're doing that you become one with the task. Action and awareness are merged. You're not hungry, sleepy, or emotional. You're just completely engaged in the activity that you're doing. Nothing is distracting you or competing for your focus.
  9. Savor life's joys. -- Deep happiness cannot exist without slowing down to enjoy the joy. It's easy in a world of wild stimuli and omnipresent movement to forget to embrace life's enjoyable experiences. When we neglect to appreciate, we rob the moment of its magic. It's the simple things in life that can be the most rewarding if we remember to fully experience them.
  10. Commit to your goals. -- Being wholeheartedly dedicated to doing something comes fully-equipped with an ineffable force. Magical things start happening when we commit ourselves to doing whatever it takes to get somewhere. When you're fully committed to doing something, you have no choice but to do that thing. Counter-intuitively, having no option -- where you can't change your mind -- subconsciously makes humans happier because they know part of their purpose.
  11. Practice spirituality. -- When we practice spirituality or religion, we recognize that life is bigger than us. We surrender the silly idea that we are the mightiest thing ever. It enables us to connect to the source of all creation and embrace a connectedness with everything that exists. Some of the most accomplished people I know feel that they're here doing work they're "called to do."
  12. Take care of your body. -- Taking care of your body is crucial to being the happiest person you can be. If you don't have your physical energy in good shape, then your mental energy (your focus), your emotional energy (your feelings), and your spiritual energy (your purpose) will all be negatively affected [4]. Did you know that studies conducted on people who were clinically depressed showed that consistent exercise raises happiness levels just as much as Zoloft? Not only that, but here's the double whammy... Six months later, the people who participated in exercise were less likely to relapse because they had a higher sense of self-accomplishment and self-worth.

Who is going to police the police?

What is society to do with these people?

In Nazi Germany there were raised Hitler Youth and Brownshirts. Violent people who enjoyed doing violence to others. We now have a population of them. We can tolerate them in the name of trying to be sensitive or we can begin to move against them. I have bad news, very very few of these can be redeemed back into culture. They have no future. Sure, they can find spiritual peace perhaps, but they must be cut from society like the cancer they are. We now have a problem that we must solve..and quickly. OR they will begin to become the gangsters of the future and be an even bigger problem. They can be arrested, many can go to jail.. but then what? What is society to do with these people?

If you have to ask the question, the answer is yes.

Hilarious

This is Great NEWS

This could be a game changer... batteries were always a bad way to power electric cars... but capacitive charge and discharge makes lost of sense.

Click to the article, the headline becomes “Health Law Rollout’s Stumbles Draw Parallels to Bush’s Hurricane Response.”

I can think of a whole bunch of non-parallels:

1. Bush’s political party didn’t design and enact Hurricane Katrina.

2. Bush didn’t have 5 years to craft his response to the hurricane.

3. Bush didn’t have the power to redesign the hurricane as he designed his response to it.

4. The Republican Bush believed he could not simply bully past the Democratic Mayor of New Orleans and the Democratic Governor of Louisiana and impose a federal solution, but the Democrat Obama and his party in Congress aggressively and voluntarily took over an area of policy that might have been left to the states.

5. The media were ready to slam Bush long and hard for everything — making big scandals out of things that, done by Obama, would have been forgotten a week later (what are the Valerie Plame-level screwups of Obama’s?) — but the media have bent over backwards for years to help make Obama look good and to bury or never even uncover all of his lies and misdeeds.

6. If Bush experienced a disaster like the rollout of Obamacare, the NYT wouldn’t use its front page to remind us of something Bill Clinton did that looked bad.

This is why we need Concealed Carry...

If we don't start to stop this kind of thing the lawlessness will only increase... and SHAME ON THE FAMILY.. it sends the wrong message.

Court records show that Adric White was out on bond for robbing The Original Oyster House at gunpoint a little more than a month before the Family Dollar robbery which got him shot...he is presently in police custody....THE SUSPECT'S FAMILY ARE ANGRY because HE GOT SHOT... they said the customer that shot White should have just left the store and minded his own business... rather than shooting White...

The customer (not identified but not charged with anything) ... saw White holding an employee with a gun to the man's head...the customer using his own gun drew it out and told White to hold it... when White turned toward the customer... he brought his gun with him and before White leveled the gun on the customer holding his gun...the customer shot him....

I wonder why White was out on the street after his gun robbery of the Original Oyster House a month before this happened?... Maybe this time he will be put away before he shoots someone....

From the "Great Old Saw" file: " A liberal is someone who doesn’t care what you do as long as it’s mandatory.

This is awesome!

The most damning thing about deception is, you don't know you are, until your not!! By Steve Chase

Three attitudes that can be telltale signs people are deceived. #1 Adamant - #2 Angry - #3 Arrogance

1. Adamant-People who are deceived are usually very adamant about their beliefs. They will have long passionate monologues about their beliefs, and when challenged will use long, often off topic answers, especially on Social Networks to protect their positions. They feel they have to correct everyone else and often lead every conversation to their particular point of view.

2. Anger-people become very angry when you try to show them where they are deceived. They are increasingly blinded by emotion and respond from that energy instead of thinking rationally.

3. Arrogance-People who are deceived tend toward condescending other peoples beliefs and doctrines often mocking them. They tend to dismiss others by saying they are un-initiated or old order, legalist, under the law or religious. This usually happens when their positions can't be defended, so they begin to assassinate the personhood or personality of others who are challenging their beliefs.

I'm sure that bad government policy has nothing to do with this.

I mean, if you DO own a home in Chicago, you have no oppressive regulations, you are perfectly safe at all times, utilities are cheap and your taxes are VERY low. So what's the problem? How long before Chicago becomes Detroit? A year, two? It seems like voters in Chicago are proficient about voting against their own best interests. Can this be saved?

Just one name

Name just one famous person in history-good or bad-whose name has been adopted as a cuss word: Napoleon, Shakespeare, Hitler, Mother Teresa, or perhaps Gandhi? There's only One human being whose Name is used to express disgust. He is the One who said to love your enemies, to show kindness to those who despitefully use you, and to treat others as you would have them treat you. Why then is He despised? It's because He's also the One who maintained that God requires moral accountability. He warned, "The world cannot hate you, but it hates Me because I testify of it that its works are evil" (John 7:7).

Bankruptcy, it's the Chicago way.

So it can be understood: Why Detroit can't work and Chicago won't. It's all about tax base. The money to operate a city can't be printed out of thin air. Someone has to pay it. If the money is extracted until it creates impasse from the taxable base the city collapses. Let's imagine for a moment that the city of Chicago experienced a huge fire, earthquake and tornado in one day leveling to the ground every single structure. Nothing left within the city limits. Not one thing standing. Coincident with that all the insurance companies in the nation went bankrupt and could not pay. The city no longer existed physically. The population is standing on the rubble saying now what? Now let's imagine that the Police, City Workers, Teachers and others on the heels of this are demanding pay increases, pension funding and job security. Then imagine that the city government announces that to rebuild will require everyone who stays to rebuild to pay double in taxes. What fool in his or her right mind would start a business, build a house or a building when a few miles away in any direction is another state, county or city without that tax problem they could rebuild in. That is about what we have right now. Taxing isn't working to find revenue. The Teachers got theirs, it's just over. Unless things are dialed back HARD.. the whole thing is doomed. People are already voting with their feet. At some point the whole of the operation will depend on that last homeowner, the tax on that last pack of cigarettes, on the owner of that last business. In order to keep it going the tax on that last home will have to be millions. I know this seems dire, but the reality is this can't work. There is no fix. Anyone who tells you differently is lying. And the same policies are now resident in Washington.

How to help .... really

I just saw a report about some well meaning people in Chicago trying to put together a shipment of shoes, blankets and other things to help the people in the Philippines after the typhoon. Bless their well intentioned hearts, but that doesn't work. What does work is to finance qualified people who know how to do it and supply them the resources they need to accomplish the task THERE. China, Japan and South Korea have what they need to buy (Blankets, shoes, water and food). Money will get it underway. So if you care, send money. I have opinions on which are the most effective at using money well.. starting with Catholic Charities (over Red Cross). They are already on site, well infrastructured and able.

WWJD? Would Jesus start a small group that looks like what we do?

This is interesting. The last paragraph is the most telling. I'm afraid that small groups, as much fun as they are.. don't work.

"Jesus would actually be doing what small groups say they want/should/need to be doing, but they can’t, because they’re too busy being a “small group” inside the confines of your small group’s ministry infrastructure.

It’s like a jogging class where the instructor, instead of taking his class jogging and commenting on technique while class members actually are jogging, stuffs everyone into a classroom and lectures to them three days a week and then gives them a final exam.

Disciples are created “out there.” Small groups, if not by their definition, definitely by their practice, all occur “in here.”

With few exceptions, modern-day small groups are great at producing:

• Christians who sit in circles and talk to one another inside a building

• people who read and comment on the Bible

• people who rant about how they long to “get out there” and do something that matters

• people who awkwardly end their time by praying for “prayer requests”

• people who go home unchallenged and unchanged."

Here's a strange.

Liberals and other democrats rail against the Tea Party. Call it extremist. Claim it is filled with people who will destroy that nice compliant Republican party. IF there really were a two party system in this country and the democrats wanted to rule for a thousand years, then the should encourage, finance, support and stay silent about the Tea Party rather then demean it. That would certainly be the failure and disarm completely the Republicans. That would certainly be success forever for Democrats. RIGHT? RIGHT? No despite the rhetoric, the Democrats deep down know that if true movement conservatives emerge from this battle, they are doomed... Reagan would have been a Tea Partier. The establishment republicans (who can't win anything) HATED Reagan. I hope for the end to this party that doesn't know how to win.... and start winning with core principles that matter to people. http://townhall.com/columnists/johnhawkins/2013/11/12/7-ways-that-republicans-fail-politics-101-n1744797

The Homosexual Agenda Is Nazism With A Smiley Face By Theodore Shoebat

The sodomite agenda is here, to use the words of Jesus, “only to steal and kill and destroy.” (John 10:10) And this is what I have been warning for quite some time now. The entire goal of the sodomites is the destruction of Christianity, and such hatred for the Faith leads to one thing: tyranny.

A most recent example and foreshadowing of this preventible horde of perdition, is the sodomite Dan Savage, in a moment of honesty, letting go of his homosexual terrorism and expressing his homosexual sharia, saying that mandatory abortion should be done for the cause of population control:

This sodomite wants to decrease the population, the first person to go should be him.

The statement of this sodomite, and the reckless laughter of the audience, only shows that the modern world has learned nothing from the Holocaust, in fact, we have only gotten worse.

As time goes on, these citizens of Gomorrah are gradually throwing away the mask of being the friendly, stereotypical, nice and elegant person that the world wants you to perceive them as, and the demons which once possessed the souls of Sodom, are now exposing themselves through these tyrannical haters of the Cross.

Notice how St. Paul described the sodomites as men “leaving the natural use of the woman,” (Romans 1:26), the word to focus on is “natural,” which means that it is unnatural, and thus to be a sodomite is not a natural right. In other words, it deserves no natural rights under the state; therefore the permitting of the sodomite agenda to grow and propagate is contrary to the natural order, and because of this, it is only leading to chaos and destruction.

Hence why this sodomite wants mandatory abortion, and the words of the Almighty fit ever so perfectly for this: “all they that hate me love death.” (Provers 8:26)

And to those who say that I am wrong because “God is love,” I must say, how is it love to tolerate such a wicked people? How is it love to suffer them to percolate and flood the world with this most violent and demonic doctrine, which not only leads to depravity, but the utmost of despotism?

They say it is for the sake of “freedom and liberty.” True liberty is one that is preserved, not experimented with; it is one that is prevented from being taken by the conniving wolves who wish to steal it from the righteous.

What then would be true love in society’s relation to the sodomites? When speaking of the Law, St. Paul describes it as love:

Thou shalt not kill: Thou shalt not steal: Thou shalt not bear false witness: Thou shalt not covet: and if there be any other commandment, it is comprised in this word: Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. (Romans 13: 9.)

Therefore, when Moses states that sodomites “shall surely be put to death” (Leviticus 20:13), or when St. Paul writes the actions of the sodomite “are worthy of death” (Romans 1:31), this is all a part of the Law of Love. True love is not tolerating sodomites, but intolerating them. Loving one’s neighbor is not allowing the sodomite agenda from prospering, but preventing it from reaching your neighbor’s children and society.

Outlawing the sodomite agenda, is love.

People say that what is happening in Russia against the sodomites is “persecution,” but I will ask you, the reader, to consider the true persecution taking place right now against the Church in Pakistan, and give to Rescue Christians and save Christian lives now.

Not a Fan of Missions Trips

I don't want to offend, but I'm not a big fan of missions trips, at least how most of them are conducted. They drag impressionable young people off to booogal googlla somewhere and they see dire poverty. Without understanding the come back to the USA and somehow decide that it's our fault they are poor. That our being rich is somehow a curse on us because they live on a dollar a day or some such. That is flawed economics and flawed theology. It messes kids up. IF they grasped what and why they would understand and begin to deal with the cause and not the symptoms. It creates guilt where none should exist. Worse, it can cause them to reject the very thing that would help these poor people get out of poverty. Not everything we call mercy IS. One more thing, IF you have ever preached about how rich we are compared to the poor people of the world ... I beg you to STOP. You are creating attitudes that will impoverish the very people you are preaching to and make things worse, not better, globally.

Here is a map of the US as labeled by a guy from Australia who's never been there

When Obama Cut the Head off of America

When I heard this speech in Cairo in 2009 I knew we were in for deep trouble. Re-Reading it today reminds me of something that Karen Redman said:

Tolerance is not love and compromise is not peace. Truth is not relative.

Here are some actual excerpts directly from the text of his speech that tries to destroy this reality. If you are easily deceived you will read or hear his speech and say, wow, isn't that wonderful. NO, it's not. I heard this thru the ears of the Spirit of God and was saddened. Comments in CAPS are mine. You don' t get this unless the Spirit of God is in you and discernment is in operation:

"Islam is a part of America. And I believe that America holds within her the truth that regardless of race, religion, or station in life, all of us share common aspirations -- to live in peace and security; to get an education and to work with dignity; to love our families, our communities, and our God. These things we share. This is the hope of all humanity".
HE EQUATES ISLAM WITH AMERICAN VALUES... HOPE OF ALL HUMANITY. INNOCENT ENOUGH UNTIL YOU READ ON

In Ankara, I made clear that America is not -- and never will be -- at war with Islam. (Applause.) We will, however, relentlessly confront violent extremists who pose a grave threat to our security -- because we reject the same thing that people of all faiths reject: the killing of innocent men, women, and children. And it is my first duty as President to protect the American people.
WHEN HE SAID THIS, VIOLENT EXTREMISTS MEANT PEOPLE LIKE ME. IT HAS COME TO PASS. PROTECTING THE AMERICAN PEOPLE... MEANS WE ARE NOT AT WAR WITH A POLITICAL RELIGION DEDICATED TO KILLING US?

For decades then, there has been a stalemate: two peoples with legitimate aspirations, each with a painful history that makes compromise elusive. It's easy to point fingers -- for Palestinians to point to the displacement brought about by Israel's founding, and for Israelis to point to the constant hostility and attacks throughout its history from within its borders as well as beyond. But if we see this conflict only from one side or the other, then we will be blind to the truth: The only resolution is for the aspirations of both sides to be met through two states, where Israelis and Palestinians each live in peace and security.
HE IS ABOUT TO IMPOSE BY FORCE IF NECESSARY A TWO STATE SITUATION IN THE MIDDLE EAST. KERRY RECENTLY SUGGESTED THAT THE BORDER BE RETURNED TO 1967. DEATH TO ISRAEL..IS WHAT THAT MEANS.. AN ISLAMIC MANTRA

when the Holy Land of the three great faiths is the place of peace that God intended it to be; when Jerusalem is a secure and lasting home for Jews and Christians and Muslims, and a place for all of the children of Abraham to mingle peacefully together as in the story of Isra -- (applause) -- as in the story of Isra, when Moses, Jesus, and Mohammed, peace be upon them, joined in prayer.
THIS IS ABSOLUTE HERESY, BLASPHEMY, JESUS MOSES AND MOHAMMED JOINED IN PRAYER? I KNOW ITS AN ISLAMIC MYTH... BUT WHY APPEAL TO THIS LIE? http://www.believersingrace.com/outofegyptpart3.html

This last point is important because there are some who advocate for democracy only when they're out of power; once in power, they are ruthless in suppressing the rights of others. (Applause.) So no matter where it takes hold, government of the people and by the people sets a single standard for all who would hold power: You must maintain your power through consent, not coercion; you must respect the rights of minorities, and participate with a spirit of tolerance and compromise; you must place the interests of your people and the legitimate workings of the political process above your party. Without these ingredients, elections alone do not make true democracy.
YET THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED IN EGYPT, LIBYA AND TUNISIA DURING ARAB SPRING, WORSE THAN THAT, IT IS EXACTLY WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE USA..THE ADVOCATE FOR DEMOCRACY HAS BECOME A DICTATOR.

Gene again: I know it's much easier to keep your head in the sand, most won't re read the speech. Yet he stood there in front of people who would as soon lop your head off as look at you, and he lopped the head from the USA. He revealed much of who he is at this venue. He was a prophet... and now we are under judgement.

Read it please and weep for our once great nation:

Until there is a heart change, nothing will change.

We are engaged in a great civil war (still a cold one), this battle was lost.. for now, but if we understood the root and dealt with that we could take back this ground now lost to the enemy. We MUST have government Representative of an electorate that has values based in a Biblical Worldview.

The electorate that put these people in power as their representatives to vote as they did is the core of the issue. IF their hearts don't change, nothing will change.

I was at a church before the 2012 election on the south side. A large church. One that has great influence over the community they minister to. They were actively registering people to vote for exactly the representatives and leaders that facilitated this tragic vote.

I did not spend much time protesting politicians with allegiance to an electorate and an ideology that is so ungodly. Sure, they made some motions like they were "Considering" it. It was too late. I admire those who did fight... but it was the Alamo. The heroes who died in battle are not available for the next fight.

The real battle is on the streets and avenues of our cities. Hearts and minds, unrenewed spirits. Not Christian in Name only churches signing up voters in the lobby for the people who voted for this in Springfield. The church and spiritual leadership in our nation do not understand the battle. Worse, they accept circumstances that lead to this debacle and never cry out. Where are the prophetic voices that call out Ichabod against these things as they arise among the very people we minister to? I'm talking about the ballot box. They are silent because the ministry money machine had to be fed.. and speaking truth to the real power of the people in the pew voting their emotions rather than their espoused values is a risk they just can't take. It might be hard on the giving. Schizophrenia. Instead we go to Springfield to tilt at a windmill. God bless those who fought, but lets fight the REAL BATTLE... hearts and minds of the deceived in our cities. Until there is a heart change, nothing will change.
