When he was elected President of the USA I commented that his election was no more historic than Andrew Jackson's. Same with the inauguration.
I was nonplussed. Unimpressed. And I was wrong.
Now 200+ days into his Presidency I am impressed that his election and inauguration WAS historic in the same way Adolf Hitler's was in Germany in 1933.
Let's hope it doesn't come out the same way.
I afraid it might.

I had a dream in Nov 2006, Nov 2007 and Nov 2008. The last dream was this:
A large silver plane, possibly a huge cargo style plane was mid air with the sun reflecting off its body with an almost blinding light with a cloudless blue sky as a background.
Next the plane was blown up, mid air. Several black helicopters came and hovered over the plane as it broke apart. After the plaane had completely fallen out of the sky, soldiers started jumping out of the helicopters and then the soldiers were running down the streets, invading houses and tearing out the plumbing, wiring and leaving homes in ruin while families looked on in despair and fear.

The plane represented the US, the invasion into homes and destruction of the homes was the word that this would affect everyone. It was a horrible dream or nightmare but it was the culmination of the first two dreams.
