I think all the bravado and happy talk is useless

I have been listening carefully to the zeitgeist of talk radio, reading blogs, watching Fox, looking at Facebook.

Trying to see behind the curtain.

I have.

It isn't pretty:
  • People think Obama did good with health care, even some conservatives
  • The pain doesn't happen until after the 2010 elections
  • Pelosi has proven that coercion works and will do it again
  • Some "Benefits" crammed down the throats of insurance companies will be appealing
  • Lies are going to be huge this fall from the left

No matter what kind of thing the Left does, it's a long long time until November. People are stupid (they elected Obama didn't they) and they don't understand what's happening. They have the attention span of a gnat.

So, in the fall unless something really really stupid happens, the house and senate will look like it does now after the election.

I hate the whole idea.

The only thing that will "save" us is a complete collapse of the economy. I don't want it, but this thing is sealing our fate. We are in big big trouble.

At least the Resistance is trying to fight back. God help them.

I was just heading to bed but a headline caught my eye. It's from the Dem-sponsored Politico.com site. The headline is: "Reform win may boost President Obama's stature". It's all about how the healthcare 'win' could help Obama face off against Netanyahu and Israel. Trying to get Israel to give up Jerusalem as its capital is Obama's goal. He already promised to hand over East Jerusalem to the Palestinians, by one report I read! Will Netanyahu blink now?? Made me think of the 7-year peace treaty that could be coming up. Beware Israel - your friend is now your enemy!! God protect you - and I have no doubt He will!!

Dear Gene, I finally got signed up to leave a comment. I want to tell you I have left comments (and am keeping a log of my contributions)to Sean Hannity, and other local and national talk show programs, as well as elected officials about how I fell about the debacle, a(Tom Browkow word) going on in WA DC. I told one host that in my opinion, nothing will ever get better economically until our elected representative stop SCARING the hell out of the American people. They were speechless. no comment. Here is my latest submission to Sean Hannity. "Dear Sean, this is the 3rd time I've emailed you, and I don't even know if you got any of them. I have been a life-long Republican, and been the President of Young Republicans at the college I graduated from and worked to elect my uncle to the state senate of ND in the 70's. I have an interesting observation about what is going on in America. I think what is happening is the pacification of the people. Tell them what they want to hear, promise them what they want and they'll do anything and believe anything you tell them. Promise them free anything and they're stupid enough to believe and follow. This is truly the age of stupidity. We most certainly are on the verge of bankruptcy in America. The only thing, and I repeat the only that keeps this lie alive is the media repeating that everything is going to work out ok given enough time. Just as fighting wars forever will lead to bankruptcy (IE Russia in Afghanistan) trying to fight recession with spending will also meet with the same result. But----if you keep telling the people that everything will be alright, and we will always (the gov.) be there to catch you when you fall people will sucker in and play along. If you don't believe me, look at the 219 suckers that voted for the health care bill. These people are like rats following the piper into the sea, shouting, "Yes we can, Yes we can!"" And I would assume this is to drown with the exalted one. I asked two average convienience store clerks today if my purchase was free today. They looked at me incredulously and I responded, "Well, my health care is as of today, so why isn't this?" My point being, where does this insanity stop? Sooner or later it has to. The problem is, I don't think Americans are smart enough to realize this. What do you think Sean? Gene, if anyone is listening out there, they need to get scared, and they need to stay in touch. Fear is a great motivator. The progressive's, the socialists, need to feel our anger. They need to understand our incredibly deep seated disdain for their agenda. Every single day they need to understand that we WILL NOT forget what they have done to our country. That in their glee to act like the born again saviors we see their real face. Their agenda is to take what you have worked a lifetime for and give it to someone they feel deserves it. They need to understand that this is going to stop. they need to understand that their need for internal benevolent gradification needs to come from their own pocket, not ours. They need to understand that their need does not justify stealing from us. They remind me of a thief that justifies his theft by saying, I stole it because I knew I would never have it! America must wake up before the collapse takes place. If it doesn't, it will have to live with the consequences of it. PS I don't know if you caught it or not but after BO signed the quasi law, he smirked and condescendingly said he would wait for several months to see if the sky is falling as conservatives have been predicting. This guy is completely, and totally out of touch with reality. I equate it to having a an insane person at the helm of a ship in a hurricane.
What do you think Gene----anyone else out there?

Today I don't feel hopeful. I feel weighed down with fear and anxiety over the future of America under dictatorship. I just saw this comment on a blog and I agree with it. I need to give this all over to God because only He has the power to help us!

"This whole situation is getting worse. These people have learned what it’s like to be radicals. They have studied how they lost and now they’re putting us in that position. They are going to jail us, brand us, and kill us one by one. Our only hope is if we can get together and formulate some way we can work together to survive.

Our enemies are ruling over us. They are merciless just as Hitler and Stalin. If someone doesn’t start taking this seriously, we’re not going to have any hope at all."
