Creating Monsters
In the last 24 hours I have been sought out by two different men who's lives are shipwreck. One married. One not. Both are virtually bankrupt because they have nothing. Both are living on government. Both have no need to go file bankruptcy because they have nothing.
There is a common thread with BOTH these men and in one case the wife of one. They have brought this economic disaster upon themselves because they have created monsters from their own loins.
Both these men have adult children who have leeched off them, sucked them totally dry and now are frustrated that mom and dad are totally destitute.
These aren't minor children. In the single dad's case both the boys are over 40, live at home, pay no rent, expect dad to pay the bills and his only source of income is a paltry Social Security check.
In the other case, the "Children" range from 23-36 years. One girl, unwed, a child, a boyfriend who is fresh out of jail, and three boys who are nere do wells.
In both cases they are afraid for their kids. That the kids will end up on the streets or worse.
They CREATED this monstrosity.
Now the chickens are home and roosting. This is a crisis, a crime and frankly beyond any wisdom at all.
In both cases I recommended that they put the leeches out at once. In the cold. Homeless shelters are available. I offered some relief for the daughter and child. BUT, the able bodies, all male and all bums must go now.
To do less is sanctioning a lifestyle of dependence that is leading to perdition.
I know it seems hard, but I see far too much of this. None of these bums are impaired or deficient in any way. They are dependent beyond their years.
If you think I'm cruel, you may disagree with me. I know this. This lesson will come sooner or later. There is no time like now to learn that the world is hard and you have to learn to be a survivor.
I consider this a type of child abuse. It started too young. Now it's become monstrous.
I don't think either of these parents will take my advice. They will continue to cripple their children as certainly as if they took a baseball bat to their knees. The most compassionate thing in the world is to send them far far far away.
I am so sad when I see this happen.

You are so right Prophet Gene, Both of my grandmothers suffered at the hands of their children. One of them died from a massive heart attack, stroke and brain aneurysm one right after the other due to stess. The only stress in her life was due to her children all over 40 (6 of them) still living in her home as leeches. She was still providing for them and her income was the only income in the household and she was the only one not on drugs. Her other 4 independent children offered her an escape many, many, many times but she refused. She would respond by saying that she just could not see them on the steets. This needs to be heard, thank you for your post I hope some of these parents will wake up!

The monsters have been created for a few decades now. Things are coming to a head now. Whereas the rabble previously were kept satisfied (not necessarily happy) with drugs and the prosperity of 90's and 00's, things have tightened up substantially. We are in a phase of transormative change. Nothing is automatic anymore. The unemployed should be used to put this country back together again. Get rid of the government payment. Let people work to fill their belly. It is the only way we have a chance. The value of the dollar is weak. This is a manufacturing opportunity if government would get out of the way.
One word of caution. Be careful with mother and child. Protect yourself too. Be ready for disappointment. The female complement to the male neredowells can slay gladiators if one isn't careful. With the situation you described, this seems to be a family problem. Genetics and hardwiring are at play. Generational curses. How long does the bible say? To the 10th generation? Be careful. A good Samaritan is admirable, however.
This story is an illustration of Papa USA handing out to liberal leeches who are taught to expect an entitlement from Papa Sam. "If any would not work, neither should he EAT"! comes straight from the Father who knows best. h. h.
