If we can't raise the less gifted up, let's push the more gifted DOWN. That's the experience in PUBLIC EDUCATION in Evanston IL.
When will we learn, public education is broken. One size can't fit all. There are equal opportunities but not equal abilities.
Worse, there are many gifted Hispanics and Black kids who are held back by this practice.
