This is why I support the 9-9-9 plan. Only about half of all Americans pay taxes NET. Wash out the support payments, the ADC, and the other tax equalization schemes, even with sales tax, we have a lot of people not paying their fair share. In days gone by, everyone paid a percentage. That's gone now. EVERYONE should pay taxes.
