He sure didn't deserve to be "Jacked", robbed and humiliated. BUT, this story has an edge to it..."His Staffers take care of such things?" Time for a reality check....
The Rev. Marvin Winans was driving on a suspended license when he was carjacked last week. The state suspended Winans' license most recently on May 9, after he didn't pay two tickets police issued in December in Hazel Park.
