Adolf
Hitler was democratically elected to be the Chancellor of Germany? He
was the duly elected governance as the Nazi party leader. The Nazis
were killing Christians and Jews. They were violent and destructive.
There were uprisings against the Nazis.
They were bloody and brutal. IF our President were to speak to the
nation of Germany at that time, would he say in the event of a coup
against Hitler?:
"While Chancellor Hitler was elected president in a democratic election, his government was not inclusive and did not respect the views of all German citizens. We've seen a more dangerous path taken, through arbitrary arrests, a broad crackdown on Hitlers associations and supporters in the Nazi party and now, tragically, violence that's taken the lives of hundreds of people and wounded thousands more. We don't take sides with any particular party or political figure. I know it's tempting inside of Germany to blame the United States or the West or some other outside actor for what's gone wrong. We've been blamed by supporters of Hitler; we've been blamed by the other side as if we are supporters of Hitler".
This is exactly what our president said, about Egypt the other day. The Muslim brotherhood were partners of the NAZI's. Would we have been so sanqine? We have lost respect in the world because we have such weak leadership. When we back away from supporting the ouster of the Muslim Brotherhood, and refuse to support the nation of Egypt, you can bet your bippy that V. Putin will be on the next plane to Cairo and say, "you can have all the support you want, no strings attached". That'll work our real well, won't it? SMH
