Jesus sent them out two by two. He told them to go heal the sick and raise the dead. That would have included Judas. He would have been on one of the two by two teams. He would have operated in the gifting Jesus imparted.
That means that even though Jesus knew his heart, that he was not the man Jesus hoped he would be, that he was the son of Perdition, that he would betray him, he still anointed him to do mighty works. JUDAS never was transformed, and yet he did real miracles, he was casting out devils and this was all real stuff - Jesus knew all along that Judas was false in heart.
We must be careful to watch and pray. Not everyone who does great and mighty works of God is transformed.

The other eleven had no idea either, but instead asked, "is it I?"
