Obama received the award for the same effectiveness as Al Gore did for his Prognostications on Global Warming. It will snow in Illinois this weekend. Earliest ever.
On the other hand, I could be wrong, I received this from someone who didn't like my post:
What is wrong with all of you wacky people upset with the prize given to Obama. He deserves all kinds of medals from the worlds point of view. There have been nations, great armies and dynamic dictators that have worked and spent their lives trying to bring the US to its knees and Obama has done it in 8 months. Let the world celebrate this great man...they just do not want him to help their country out.

I have often wondered where the peace prize is for the man who initiated the end of the cold war, who caused the collapse of the Soviet Union and made the world a safer place because of his action. Ronald Reagan. But that would be rational. Obama Peace Prize is not.
