It was this exact day that the stock market composites hit the all time high forever.
Two years ago today the Dow hit a record close of 14164.53. It's now about 31% below that mark.
Two years later, we seem to be happy with a little over half.
We should be. BUT, even at this level, it's not secure by any rate.
