Skill-set 1-
Practical Skills
Type type type. A child is never too young to develop good keyboard skills touch typing with both hands in qwerty.

Should be able to set up and install everything regarding their own computer system without help and do basic troubleshooting.

Automotive
Learn to drive a stick shift. Change a tire. Change Oil. Check a code. Check all fluid levels accurately. Maintain proper air pressure. Learn how it works well enough to at least deal with it when it all goes wrong. The chain automobile repair shops LOVE ignorant customers. They make their margins on them. The rest of them are just sales of hours.
