He's
right, he's just wrongheaded about his blame. IF we had this right
there would be an automatic desire to hire ANYONE with dark skin above
anyone else. That will happen when the reputation that precedes a dark
skin candidate was equal to those of
Asian origins. IF you are an Asian and you show up on a job interview
in the USA you automatically rise to the top in consideration for
employment. When you answer the why, you will begin to solve the
problem to this.
