I
know many families who's household incomes are under $50,000 per year
who have 4 children and are debt free, own their own homes and have a
savings account. IF this were true, the life they live couldn't work.
THIS story is, has been and will always
be false. I don't know why they keep parroting this. It stops good
people from having the families God intended them to. Killing children
has always been satan's way of stopping destiny. Look at abortion. IF
you wait until you can afford to have children, you will never have
children. There is a grace on families who make the decision to trust
God.

This is entirely possible barring some unforeseen circumstance such as medical. Here is what generally works (sorry, liberals):
1. Mama stays home and maintains the household, even while kids are in school. A dirty house drives family members away from the abode to more expensive activities. Also a well-maintained home lasts longer.
2. Don't be above cloth diapers.
3. Don't be above line-drying your clothing and linens.
4. Have a house that is easy to maintain that you do not need a riding lawnmower, a snowblower (short drive and sidewalk).
5. Go to church Sundays and Wednesdays. Give 10%.
6. If possible, limit to one family car, a sedan.
7. Limit house size to three bedrooms and one or two baths. One master bedroom, one bedroom for the girls, and one bedroom for the boys. Use double beds.
8. Cook from scratch. Buy side of beef from butcher. Use potatoes. Plan meals so leftovers do not excessively build up and have to be thrown. Again, mama stays home. Use discretion when buying from Sams. Will you use it all in the same portions you would have otherwise used?
9. Be careful of having too many electronic devices. $mart phones cost money. Cell phones cost money. Internet costs money. Dish costs money. Use discretion. Keep a landline for safety.
I know about the above because my family fails at most of the items, and I can see the cash could be better applied in our living.
