If you earn too much to stay out of
medicaid and too little to be able to buy the insurance you are STILL
without healthcare coverage. I hope the Republican Congress can scrap
this mess and come up with a plan that works. I have one. I have shared it here before. I won't bore you with it again. This isn't that hard,
it just means that you give up control by the government... and back
away from the kool aide.
Blacks disproportionately live in states that have not expanded Medicaid.
