I understand this situation. I have heard commentators all over the map on this. It is disruption. The part that I don't approve of is locking down the capacity to trade making it impossible to get out of the long positions. They are forcing longs to lose because they are little guys. Yet this is not the market. Interesting. Will have long tails.
