No matter which it's out there. Don't buy it. Don't believe it. That's why the Bible says, That we are to no longer be children tossed about by every wind of doctrine. Most Christians who live far below their spiritual potential by choice are suckers for this kind of thing. Without the Holy Spirit alive and overflowing in them they fall prey to every breeze that blows. The restrainer doesn't reside in them.
It's time to grow up Church. Ephesians 4:13-15 says:
..until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming. Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is, Christ
Sorry my friends who don't yet walk in the fullness of the Holy Ghost. That's what pulled punches Christianity will get you. Tossed around, blown here and there, and deceived. If you are a Pastor, you will have your flock blown this way and that without the fullness of the Spirit.
The Fullness means the Fullness. All NINE spiritual gifts. One of which is Discernment. Without it you and your congregation are sitting ducks in a shooting gallery for the devil.

what do you mean that "the restrainer does not reside in them"? Acording to the previous sentence, do you mean "the Holy Spirit"?

Yes, many many people are blown around because they aren't even saved or if they think they are have no idea how to hear the voice of the Spirit. They are guppies for this kind of heresy.
I know many people believe have all the Spirit there is to get when they are born again. My question is, where's the fruit, where's the power, where's the discernment?
Powerless Pulled Punches Christianity isn't going to be enough in the war of the spirit that is coming.
I'm not convinced many who think they are saved that populate our churches today are even close to being redeemed. They have been decieved into thinking that because of some childhood baptism ritual or a confirmation they bumbled thru at 13 or that they are members of a church that they are as christian as they need to be.
Nothing could be further from the truth. We are instructed to work out our salvation with fear and trembling. That's a progressive work. It's a constant progression from glory to glory until we are conformed to the Image of Jesus.
Too many are stuck in the Church and dead religion. Where's the fire?
Look at the post above about the war on the saints that so called "CHRISTIANS" are waging against those who name the name of Jesus. That's what dead religion gets you.
Division.
The bar is raised and if you aren't where you must be in Jesus, flowing in the Holy Ghost you are one of those little plastic ducks the Devil Shoots at in his cruel carnival.
It's HIGH Time for Christians to grow up. To mature to the FULLNESS OF CHRIST.
Most people who will go to church tomorrow are far from any kind of Fullness. And many are headed straight to HELL!
This is a crime and it's time to stop or God will shut it all down.
