Economics for Dummies

I will go on record to proclaim President Barack Obama's program to help struggling homeowners refinance their mortgages proposed last week will fail...bitterly...if it gets thru congress which I pray it does not. I wish someone in the White House would read "Economics for Dummies". This is worse than cash for clunkers which was an economic disaster.
