When it comes to Constitutionally protected rights, need has nothing to do with it . . . it is a right regardless of what others believe, and those rights shall not be infringed. Bear in mind, the only tool we have to protect and defend all of those rights is the Second Amendment for without it, all of the others are meaningless.
