But nobody was told. 9/11/2009 will be national day of public service.NOW, THEREFORE, I, BARACK OBAMA, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim Friday, September 4, through Sunday, September 6, as National Days of Prayer and Remembrance. I ask that the people of the United States, each in their own way, honor the victims of September 11, 2001, and their families through prayer, memorial services, the ringing of bells, and evening candlelight remembrance vigils.

The Edward M. Kennedy Serve America Act has designated September 11 as a new national day of service and remembrance. But most socialist “service” groups left offf remebrance. This now makes it official for the White House.
The Obama regime and the Socialist Congress of America know they can't win on national security. And 9/11/2001 has been a thorn in their side. They had to get rid of it as a symbol of our need for national security. And it is the biggest step towards that end.

WOW. Actually I found this so hard to believe that I went to the link you gave and I googled the Kennedy Act of 2009. And it was true!! I am beyond shocked. God help America.
Obama has fumbled everything to do with 9/11. How about the AirForce 1 Obama flyby that crippled a major city?
