Millions of people are very successful in the USA. Why not you?  Many of them came here from other countries.  In fact many of our most successful in America are people who owe everything to this nation. Yet many people even though they won the lottery by being born in the USA never seem to find their way out of failure, lack, poverty, want, despair and marginalization.  They wonder why.

There are always excuses: poor education, racism, unfair job market, income inequality, dysfunctional family situations growing up and a dozen other lame excuses that trap people in a poverty mentality of "What's the use of trying, it won't work, (fill in your favorite scapegoat) is against me". Anyone can say that and people that never win in life do.  The system IS against you.  You must work to beat the system.  There is always a way.

There are 7 Codes to unlocking the secrets for success.  You must own them, live by them, and never doubt the truth of them.  If you hold them as your core beliefs you will succeed.  If you do not, you will fail.  There is no compromise. There is no half way.  It's all or nothing for you to win.  Every single person who succeeds in business or commerce in the USA, every millionaire that got it on his or her own holds these truths as their worldview.  There are no exceptions. If you do not embrace all 7, you fail. It's that simple. You must believe this to make it:

1.  The USA is a nation of great opportunity.  This is why people come here.  To find a better life, To find opportunity, to figure out a way to make it in America.  People come here from Nigeria, The Caribbean Islands, Cuba, China, Japan, Korea, India, Russia and a dozen other nations of the earth with one goal in mind... To make it.  They are convinced that if they work and plan well enough they will succeed. It is this core belief that sets them above those who do not make it. They succeed because they believe they can succeed. Willpower is the key to success. Successful people strive no matter what they feel by applying their will to overcome apathy, doubt or fear.

The idea that the system won't let them, that there are no opportunities is a roadblock to success.  A person MUST see this nation as a fertile place to find and achieve your dream.  You must believe there is no limit to the one who tries and fails but tries again.  A person with this dream and belief is unstoppable. He sees a pile of horse manure and believes there is a pony in there somewhere so he dives right in and starts digging thru the poop.  There are no secret pacts from others that makes a penniless Mexican man with a family a millionaire 30 years after he crosses the border into the USA.  He saw opportunity and made it work.  I know hundreds of such men and women personally.

2.  Capitalism with all it's flaws is the only economic system that works.  To use this code you must reject anything that comes against the basic core belief in economic freedom.  This means doing without to make it work.  There are no government programs nor education to supply you understanding of this.  You must acquire it and have faith in the system of capitalism over any other.  Yes there are people who get rich on other people's money, mostly they are in government.  Much of that is crony capitalism and rent seeking. That's not capitalism.   All economic systems are not equal.  Many politicians proclaim that you can pick one and it will work for you.  Not true.  You cannot expect to doubt the system that makes people wealthy, that of finding a need and filling it at a profit, If you doubt the power of capital you will go broke.  Those who speak against capitalism are poisoning your mind and robbing you blind.  Educate yourself on good economic theory and cooperate with it. 

3.  There is a culture of success and a culture of failure.  Know the culture of success and it's requirements and then meet them.  This means things like knowing and speaking the language well.  English is the language of economics globally.  Speak it professionally.  If you have a problem with it, get help.  Learn to write well.

Having good manners and courtesy, knowing how to act in polite society is a part of good culture.  Dress well, not outlandishly.  If you are a woman, use makeup to help not hurt. You are not here to draw attention to yourself, you are here to find your place in the culture of success.  Be a man or woman of your word every day.  Never cheat.  Never scam. Successful people understand the value of time. Once they commit to doing something, they would never cancel.

Be careful not to try to import your ethnic culture into your efforts at succeeding.  This is where many people from Islamic countries fail.  This is why many people of African American descent (not recent immigrants) fail.  They try to keep one foot in thier culture and it pollutes their success. You can't talk all urban and expect people to respect you.  People judge you by the words you speak, by the actions you take, by the way you present yourself.  Learn to fit in.. and adapt.  You can be Mexican or Russian at home later.  Now you are in the American culture.. fit in, adapt, assimilate.  Make friends, be friendly, network.  Most good things happen because of WHO you know, not so much what you know.

Successful people maintain a positive focus in life no matter what is going on around them. People are attracted to them.  They stay focused on their past successes rather than their past failures, and on the next action steps they need to take to get them closer to the fulfillment of their goals rather than all the other distractions that life presents to them.  They have vision for the future and nothing about the past bothers them.  It's their culture.

4. Business and commerce is GOOD.  Businessmen and women for the most part are ethical hard working people.  Cheating and lying that many people think of in business goes on mostly in the movies.  It's not real. Most of us out here are just folks trying to make a good living.  It's not that hard to grasp.  Read books on good moral businessmen and women who made it.  In business, not show business or sports.  Don't believe what you see on TV about business.  You need to re-educate yourself if you have doubts that business is good, healthy and worthy of duplication.  Read good books by good business-people.  Learn from them.  They want to share a legacy with you.  Don't expect it all on a sliver platter.  You may need to read a hundred till you change your mindset.  The idea that business people are crooked and slimy is a mindset that stops more people from getting out of the Ghetto than anything else. When you start thinking business is bad... evil or destructive you on the edge of failure and you need to back up.  Nothing is further from the truth.  Learn and study business like you were becoming a doctor or lawyer.  Never quit. Learn the language of business. You can't do that watching sports on TV, playing video games or going to the club.  Every Doctor attends seminars to learn to become a better doctor and reads journals of the latest discoveries.  Business is the same way.  It's constant education and improvement.

Beware of advice about successful people and their methods. For starters, no two situations are alike. Your dreams of creating a dry-cleaning empire won't be helped by knowing that Thomas Edison liked to take naps.  There are millions of myths about doing business.  Learn the truth.

5.  Your Breakthrough is out there and you can find it.  Look beyond your inner circle for fresh ideas, methods, techniques, strategies, business plans and business development.  Get out of the bubble around that this is an echo chamber of stale ideas. This is a real trap.  In Asian cultures, they try to use Asian strategies and they stay in an Asian ghetto. In Mexican cultures there is a tendency to try to learn from and adapt Mexican cultural sensitivities. Some never get off of Cicero Avenue. The trap is that just because Jay Jay is black and has a good MLM he is promising you, doesn't mean you can or should buy into it. If Jay Jay or Ray Ray have been so successful why do they change MLMs like they change socks?  I know people who have been part of 25 different MLMs in their life. Get real please.

Business success and economics is the most racially blind or culturally neutral thing on the planet.  If you try to rely on people from a culture that you are comfortable with, you will become handicapped and halted in your quest.  You might be able to sell a few, you have a circle of friends, but you will never go big time.  Most cultural appropriations that become a small business that is popular today are out of favor in the next cycle.  Look at how Mexican food was all big.. and now.. something else is.  Look at how the Black Culture in Music and such was all the rage for a while but now has died off.  If you try to stay in your cultural circles you will never find success.  If you can't sell it or service it to everyone on the planet, you won't last long.

A prefabricated business idea (read that most MLM's and many franchises) being pitched to you isn't going to work.  It's a wealth transfer effort, from you to others.  Get out of your culture and learn how business really works in the wider world.   Discover your unique factor and capitalize on it.  We don't need another Asian buffet or Mexican restaurant selling tacos.  If you try to stay in your own little circle.. nothing will ever happen.  You'll stay stuck and broke.  Break out and break through.

6. RISK is your friend.  No one should expect to get it right the first time.  Get out of the boat.  In fact most people who succeed fail a few times first.  Risk aversion, playing it safe is the enemy of business.  It's the way it works.  If you fail, get up again and try again.  Try a new approach.  Don't worry what others think.  You are only responsible to YOU.  Keep asking yourself, "In what ways can I do it better this next time". The freedom to fail is vital if you're going to succeed. Most successful people fail from time to time, and it is a measure of their strength of character that failure merely propels them into some new attempt at success.

Think outside the box.  Become your own problem solution.  You have nothing else but you.  Prayer is good, Prophecy is good, but experience is the best schoolmaster.  Learn to walk before you run.  Start at a level you can handle.  Swinging for the fences seldom works in baseball and almost never in business..

Cash Flow is king. Take some cash in, do something with it and generate income above that cash input.  That's called capitalism.  Do that again and again.  It will grow.  Let it.  Don't judge your success by anything other than your impact as a businessman or woman. Successful people make money. It's not that people who make money become successful, but that successful people attract money. They bring success to what they do.

Your culture and your friends may in fact be your enemies as you try to do this.  They will tell you a hundred reasons why it won't work.  Smile and shut your ears to them.  Find good mentors, Read books on business, go to business conferences, watch shows like Shark Tank, The Profit, Bar Rescue and all those kinds of shows where someone comes into a business and fixes it.  Don't believe the fairy tales, lies, old wives tales and all kinds of other foolishness people will try to tell you about overnight success.   They aren't true.  They will hold you down. You will end up going back to those golden handcuffs called A JOB you once had and you'll never get out.  You can do this, but you must practice, try, refine and try again.

7.  There is no such thing as a get rich quick scheme, you have to pay the price to win.  Any time you find yourself subject to thinking there might be, slap yourself on the forehead.  Anything that seems too good to be true probably is and probably will make you poorer. Pay the price in this process or stay broke.  Work is NOT a four letter word.  Discipline is not hard when you bring it on yourself.  Even for the very few that make it in professional sports and music, there is a discipline and hard work that got them there.  Sure they were talented, but they also dedicated their whole lives to becoming what they ultimately became.

There is a tendency of believing that there are "easy" ways to gain success. Any promise that starts with "work only a few hours a week" is a scam.  Succeeding means living below your means, way below. No you don't deserve a break today.  You can't treat yourself to a nice vacation. You might end up sleeping on someone else's floor or in your car for a while. This means every dollar you earn goes back into the business.  No eating out- ever.  Keep your eye on the goal.  The ability to focus is a thread that runs through so-called successful people. And that's something that can be developed. It can be self-taught.  Successful people make a habit of doing the things failures don't like to do.

If you hire someone, you pay them first, you only get money out of the surplus.  There are no weekends, work seven days a week, go to church but work all the time.  Tithe ONLY on the increase but tithe.  If you have a thousand dollars come in, but your expenses to get there were $990, tithe one dollar. 

Most important, don't look for help from anyone else.  I'm not talking about borrowing money if you need to, I'm talking about expecting help from the government, a grant, SBA and all that.  It's all a scam. Many good potential business people get trapped into believing there is a government grant of some kind, it's a myth and only enriches the grant writer.  You are all there is.  No one will help you.  The government is the worst kind of help.  Those who get help from the government become a slave of the government.

Don't look to the entertainment world for your model of success.  Sports and entertainment are a myth and it is short lived.  The bankrupt ex basketball player or rock star 5 years after they became rich is legendary.  Make the business work and then scale it.  That means, build it up, make the wheel turn faster and bigger.  First learn to make money and then scale it up.  This isn't for everyone, but it is for more than are getting there.  The culture is your enemy, it wants to keep you from winning. Win anyway.

How to condemn your children to failure

First, make sure they never fail.  Do all you can to help them not feel the pain of screwing up.

Second, make sure no one ever makes them FEEL like a failure. It's much better for Mom and Dad to shield that child from any real life.  They will be so "WELL PREPARED" when they turn 25.

Feed your kid all kinds of lies about things, how they can blame others for anything that goes wrong. Make sure you start every sentence, "It's not your fault"

Drum into them that getting a cushy job that requires almost no effort but pays well is life's eternal goal.  That way they'll never be exposed to being in business for themselves.

Tell them profit is evil and all businessmen are evil.  That will  help them to avoid aspiring to anything over menial minimum wage jobs.

Tell them there's lots of free stuff out there, it's owed to them and they ought to get their fair share. Don't worry that someone had to work to provide it.  A sense of entitlement will help them become losers.

Show them how to "Work the System".  How to screw over the man.  Never to do more than expected and try to do less.

Teach them that the only way to eternal happiness is continuing to elect politicians that promise them free stuff.  Lots of free stuff.

Let them know by demonstration that it's ok to steal stuff.  Shoplift. They owe it to you.  They can afford it.  Make sure you let them know they should never deny themselves anything. You demonstrate by buying a car that gets repossessed.  Buying furniture you can't pay for.  Going bankrupt every 7 years.  Meanwhile be sure they buy all the designer handbags and air jordans they can't afford.  Tell the, "your're worth it".... even if they are not

Never discipline them, never teach them, never command that they be in at ten PM.  The street is a great place to learn to be a man or a woman.

Make sure they reject, suspect and dishonor authority in their lives.  Teachers, cops, firemen, bosses and the like. They'll go far with that.

Let them hang out with the devils that live around you, you already can't control them.  Now they are doomed to a lifetime of failure and YOU DID IT.  Aren't you proud?

Maybe they can get a gig on Mory Povich or Jerry Springer.  That'd be great.

What I Owe the African American Community and Intend to Pay in Full.

I am obligated and owe much.  Not just for the abuse done to great great grandfathers and grandmothers over the centuries.  Not just for the injustice done in the name of good intentions done to these precious people in the last century.  Not just the fact that there is still underground hatred and racism on the part of many.  For these reasons and more, I owe these precious brothers and sisters much:

• I owe honor.  Honor for the struggle they have gone thru.  
• I owe understanding within my capacity to understand. 
• I owe Respect for the goodness that occurs among many of these precious ones.
• I owe friendship for and to those who would have me
• I owe thanks for allowing me to be part of your lives and worship God with you and like you
• I owe a great debt for opening my eyes when they were closed to so much
• I owe a debt of Love.

None of these things are anything I can do with money.  Only time.  I must be willing to love enough to be a help and not a hindrance nor an enabling for further degradation that can creep in.

• I owe the Truth.  When in my abstract view I find deception or untruths and sometimes outright lies, I must offer the antidote to this.. it's truth.
• I owe wisdom.  When you ask of me, I will offer what I know to be true.  It may be wise and oftentimes is.  It comes with grey hair.
• I owe encouragement.  Not sanctioning any bad or ignorant behavior, but encouragement when I see right action.
• I owe an argument sometimes when there is something that is simply out of the realm of common sense and has to be challenged.
• I owe loyalty, not to allow any slight or conflict between us to divide us.  If you choose to leave I will not chase you.  But I value you and hope despite our disagreements, you will abide with me in fellowship.
• I owe a hearing ear and sometimes a long-suffering ear.  Sometimes you might go off and lose it.. I'll not say much about that.
• I owe protection of the innocent.  If someone is being hurt by you, if you slander, if you are vile, I will find a way to deal with that.  God hates the shedding of innocent blood.
• I owe friendship, real friendship, covenant friendship.  Friendship that goes beyond shallow but stands together even when we don't see eye to eye.  Like brothers and sisters in any family, we might fight but we always forgive.
• I owe you what I am thinking right now.  You need to know that I think about things you think about. That your thoughts matter.  That I will own my thoughts and if they offend I will say I am sorry.
• I owe you good humor.  Good laughter.  Good joy.  Fullness even.  I am not unwilling to laugh with you but not at you.
• I owe you building up words, not just tearing down words.  Some things need tearing down, it's better if you do it, but allow me to encourage you to do so.

Most of all I owe you Love.  I owe you AGAPE love which means no matter what you do or don't do, even if you hurt me, I will not fail to love you in spite of whatever transpires.  I live by the adage, "Do you love Him or Her enough to cross this bridge with them in spite of the hurt and pain"?  It's a challenge but one I am willing to take.

The Bible says,

Give respect to whom respect is owed, honor to whom honor is owed.  Owe no one anything, except to love each other, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law. For the commandments, “You shall not commit adultery, You shall not murder, You shall not steal, You shall not covet,” and any other commandment, are summed up in this word: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” Love does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

Besides this you know the time, that the hour has come for you to wake from sleep. For salvation is nearer to us now than when we first believed. The night is far gone; the day is at hand. So then let us cast off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light. Let us walk properly as in the daytime, not in orgies and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and sensuality, not in quarreling and jealousy. Tax returns. Holt never asked Clinton about her
e-mail scandal, about Benghazi, or about the Clinton Foundation and its
dubious dealings. But he did ask Trump about his tax returns, arguing —
not asking — that there might be questionable information in them that
the American public deserved to hear.


Birther conspiracy theory. Holt never asked Clinton about her past record
of racist statements, including her “super-predator” remarks as First
Lady, or her explicit appeal to “white Americans” in her 2008 primary
campaign against Obama. Yet he asked Trump about the Birther conspiracy
theory and cast it as racist.


Stop-and-frisk. After an exchange between the
candidates over the policy of “stop-and-frisk,” Holt interjected to
bolster Clinton’s point by stating, erroneously, that stop-and-frisk had
ended in New York because it had been declared unconstitutional by a
court. Trump countered, correctly, that the new mayor had canceled the
policy before the litigation was over.






“A presidential look.” Towards the end of the
debate, Holt asked Trump about what he meant by saying Hillary Clinton
did not have “a presidential look.” He did so after noting that Clinton
had become “the first woman” to be nominated for president by a major
political party, thus setting Trump up as a sexist. As Trump answered,
Holt interrupted him, then gave Clinton a chance to respond with her
talking points about Trump’s past comments on women.


Iraq War. The question of whether Trump supported
the Iraq War or not has been widely debated. What is beyond doubt is
that Hillary Clinton voted for it. Holt only represented one side of the
debate about Trump, and never asked Clinton about her own vote.


In addition, the audience repeatedly interjected — almost always in
Clinton’s favor — and Holt did not stop them, though it was against the
rules. He only stopped the audience when there were cheers for Trump
calling for Clinton’s emails.

 I have a plan, it's simple.

All healthcare costs including insurance on any individual are deductible (like mortgage interest is) on a person's income (or family). 15% of  the average of the last 3 years Adjusted Gross Income is the most you can ever pay for health care in a given year. It is a rolling average.  When you need health care services you negotiate with providers.   Shopping around will become practical once again.  This means that a family of four who's family income on a single tax return is $100,000 will cap out at $15,000.  If you are poor person who has no income or even negative income you will not pay a penny.

No one has to have insurance, but once you have spent your 10% you move to a no cost option. It's bare-bones medicaid for all.  This service is paid for by a tax on all medical procedures and drugs. Currently we spend 4 Trillion dollars on health care.  Taxing every dollar and using it to provide this service offers an incentive to keep costs down.

If you choose to upgrade your healthcare options there will be supplemental insurance programs available. Just like there is for Medicare currently. All insurance companies can sell this supplemental health insurance anywhere in open national competition. No state control. Think of Geico or Flo pushing cheaper health insurance programs.  This will be a gap filling insurance with strong limits.  This will not be deductible on your insurance nor contribute to your 15%.

No insurance company ever pays more than a $100,000 on any single insured person per year. Over that amount is covered by a catastrophic insurance plan which does not kick in until the first $100,000 of the supplemental has been spent. You gotta really be sick to get to that. This is a separate component of your health care cost. Fully deduct able and contributes to the 15% limit. IF you choose not to kick in for the catastrophic you revert to the bare-bones program.  Catastrophic coverage will be very inexpensive and available from hundreds of companies across all state lines.   There will be strong incentives to see to it everyone who can afford Catastrophic insurance will buy it.  Not mandated, but strongly made practical.

The result of this is it is impossible for anyone to not be covered for basic health care with no limit. If you want Cadillac coverage, you pay for it. No one can ever go bankrupt thru unpaid healthcare bills. Healthcare costs are held in check since the first 15% of open market expenditures are by "Bid". "How much is my Colonoscopy gonna cost again?  Can't you do a bit better on that, Holy Cross down the road does it for $500 less".  Like lasix it will be advertised services at a price.

Since this is based on averaged AGI, low income people will never ever pay a nickel in insurance. They can still buy supplemental if they can afford it.. but never go bankrupt. And everyone is in. No pre-existing for bare bones.   Purchased insurance will cost based on need.  Drug costs are in on all of these plans.

My question is this, why can some rube in Northern IL come up with a plan and the smartest people in the world are so dense they cannot. By the way I also have a plan to deal with student load debt.

CULTURE

I talk a lot about culture. Bad Culture, Corrupt culture, declining culture.

It's not that hard to understand. Culture is made up of only TWO THINGS:

What is expected of YOU as an individual. To do right, to live right, to be productive etc.

And

What is accepted by YOU as an individual. If it's OK for some of the things we see in the culture without objection, then we have a problem. YOU are perpetuating the aberrant culture.

Culture is not imposed. It is cumulative. What the majority of any group thinks is OK an thinks they have to do to contribute makes up the culture. Nothing much else matters.

Inside the greater culture are sub cultures that either add to or subtract from the quality of the dominant culture. That is my concern with the Muslim invasion. They have a culture that doesn't fit in and doesn't seem to want to fit in.

It is also my concern with a culture that accepts Multiple Marriage, Out of wedlock single mother families with multiple "Dads". Violence. Resentment, Bitterness and an inability to connect to the larger culture.

We need a cultural revolution. There is a superior healthy culture. Let's find that and amplify the results of that. Let us move away from the corrupt cultures of today.

Why should a White Boy from the Lily White Suburbs Give a Rats Behind What Happens to Blacks or the Inner City??

I have been vocal and concerned about all things racial, political, injustice, cultural and everything that has to do with the Black Community.  True Confession.  I am European American.  Lily white.  YET.. I know with all my heart that this cannot continue.  To quote a man who lost a cousin a few days ago.. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

I won't list all the problems the black community has.  You know what they are.  MOST are not caused by white folks despite what the race baiters try to tell you. I'll let Donald Trump tell you so you can be mad at him.

Here's why it matters to ME, PERSONALLY. Why I want to see it stop.  Why I fight for solutions:

• This is a drag on our economic future to keep this separation going
• There are talented and capable men and women who never get a chance to contribute to curing cancer, aids, or tooth decay. The solutions are out there.
• There is a cultural decline directly connected to the decline in the culture of the black community.  50 years ago a child out of wedlock was considered a tragedy.  Now.. it's the norm.
• The violence we see in all of our culture is rooted in lawlessness and enough is enough
• The willingness to accept corruption at a high level is polluting our society. 
• The level of trust inside the culture and the community is very low. 
• The destruction and decay of neighborhoods drive taxes up for everyone and puts a burden on everyone
• The police state tactics required to keep even a moderate level of safety impacts my civil rights too
• The decline of the family has spread into the wider culture and now household formation is the lowest it has been in a half century.
• The constant drain on resources to keep the illusion we are "Helping" is making life difficult for us all.
• The lack of competent schools teaching black kids is dumbing down the whole education system and that's bad for my kids and grand kids and great grand kids.

The list can go on and on.  You can provide your own additions.  It is in my best self interest to enter into and try to discover ways to help the black community get out of the hole.   My solutions are not going to be easily adapted.  The truth is to transform this community into a functional productive part of the national footprint will not take MONEY, it will take commitment.  It starts with schools, homes, churches, television, movies, music, government and NGO leaders that can represent the best interests of the people who need to see a way up and a way out.

I am sick of otherwise good people destroyed by a system and a culture that is designed to pull them back down into the cesspool when they try to get out.   It's really hard to get out.  You will be called all sorts of names. You have to be strong.  You have to be counter cultural.

Here's the reality.   Blaming others for what is a horrid situation is no solution.  Racism exists, that much is sure, but racism isn't the problem.  Lack of vision to escape the corrupt culture is.  This is true of barrio Hispanics, American Indians and poor white thrash as well.

It is in my best interest to try to find a higher vision, an better life, a way up and out.  Not to continue to fight a battle that isn't the real battle.  We have to get past the blame game and grasp what it means to us all if we don't solve the problems.  Government can't and won't solve it.  It's not in Government's interest to do so.  Government exists because cultural solutions do not.

Someday IF those of us who believe for better succeed we will see highly successful black business hiring people of all races.  We will see well run states and cities led by black people being operated at a high level of confidence and without corruption. We will see neighborhoods safe no matter where you go. There will be no "Bad Side of Town".  We will see neighbors of all shades living and working together ... in other words it will become like many towns and cities many live in today that are mostly populated by others ... safe, clean, productive, low tax, good services, ample opportunity, good roads, good schools, tax paying not tax taking and producing more and more of it's best citizens to carry on the next generation.   That should not be a white black red brown or yellow thing.  That should be human.

It is much like Robert Theobald said 40 years ago in a Speech I heard:  "Women will come into business and industry and they will succeed... and then one day we will say, they are just like a man".

I want some diversity, but not to adapt it as a national model.  We must be first and foremost Americans, USA... then whatever your heritage is a far distant second.

Our world depends on it.  We have bigger fish to fry.. let's get at it.

Shortly after the Auvi-Q recall, Teva Pharmaceutical Industries pitched a generic version of the EpiPen. However, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) squashed their efforts, citing “major deficiencies” in their application. Teva plans to appeal the decision, but won’t be able to effectively move forward until 2017 at the earliest.

Teva isn’t alone in this struggle. Windgap Medical, a Boston startup, and Adamis, a small biotech firm based in San Diego, have both struggled to bypass FDA’s barriers of entry in the marketplace as well.

Clinton Foundation's Going out of Business Sale

The Clintons have said that IF she becomes President they will stop taking donations for the foundation (AKA CLINTON CRIME FAMILY)

That raises two important questions:

If it's inappropriate for them to take contributions from around the world if she becomes president, why was it NOT inappropriate for he foundation to take contributions from around the world when she was secretary of state.

It is demonstrated that those who contributed got favors. SO, isn't the message being sent right now to corrupt governments around the world:

"Get your donations in NOW while the foundation is still accepting and after I become President I'll see to it you get your favor.   It will be too late after I am president.  Only 78 days and this sale ends.  Get your money in NOW."

People KNOW this is going on, went on when she was Secretary of State... where is any media on this?

The most racist thing all day

In response to the funding of Black Lives Matter to the tune of $100,000,000  by George Soros and the Ford Foundation (no connection to Ford Motor Company) there has been a great deal of Consternation. That it would lead to more violence.  That it legitimizes mob mentality. 

Then one of the most racist comments was made. I won't identify the writer.  It wasn't me.  He was trying to make his mostly white audience feel better.  I don't know if this helped.

"There is no other definition or conclusion to be made they are both funding terrorism ! But don't be alarmed they [the BLM] will just use the money to buy 40's and crack cocaine. Nothing to see here, move along !"

The Four Year Booty Call

Women know about these things. They find a guy. He pays them some attention. He gets in bed with them. They think this thing is real. THEN after a short romancy time he's gone. He never calls. He never writes. He's gone. Four years later he shows up and says, "Remember me Baby"?

He's calling in some booty. Worse it works. The prisoner of HOPE is trapped into doing what she knows has no future. There is a better romance in the wings, but she feels loyal. She thinks "this time it will be different". This time he will change, treat me better and my life will be better. BUT THEN.. after she faithfully answers the booty call.. he disappears until four years later.. and he calls again. And the cycle repeats. You ask, HOW could she be so stupid? What a sucker. She gets nothing out of this and he has a willing surrogate whenever he wants. READ ON:::

THAT booty call is exactly what the democrat party does to the black community every year.  They call on them to show up and once more do the dirty deed.  Inside most of them know this is going nowhere.  It hasn't for 50 years.  They only hear from them when they need them to faithfully prostitutute their best intrests and cast a vote for them.. only to be abandoned for the next 48 months. 

AND ANOTHER BOOTY CALL COMES four years later ... and once more, they answer.

You ask HOW could black folks be so gullible?  How could they fall for this game once more?  Why?  Part of it is loyalty.  Once they have answered a few times admitting they had been had is too painful.  SO they deny that it is wrong, that it has no future.  They reject anyone who points out what suckers they have been.  They resist admitting the obvious, he only wants you for your brief loyalty.. booty.

Even when an offer comes in from a better to break the cycle of bad booty calls.. they stubbornly stick to the cad.  After all their mom always answered, their sisters do, their grandma did?  Why would they want to break the mold?

Is it sick?  YES .. but there is a way out.  Say NO to the booty call.  Don't answer. Hang up the phone.
When you are sick and tired of being sick and tired of being suckered in again.. just STOP.  You are better than that.. you really are.  Wise up.. he only calls when he needs you. In this case it's a she.. 

Why College Students are Taught to be Ignorant

    Your child is not likely to be taught the eternal economic truth that there is no such thing as a free lunch; that neither university professors nor doctors and nurses are slaves who are forced to work for free so that there can be no such thing as “free” higher education or healthcare. Someone has to pay for it, and that someone will be them.

    They will likely graduate without ever hearing that socialism has destroyed the economy of every country where it has been adopted, including most recently oil-rich Venezuela, where middle-class people are literally rooting through garbage in the streets looking for food, barely fifteen years after its socialist “revolution” under the late communist Hugo Chavez. They will not learn that socialist governments in the twentieth century murdered more than 100 million of their own people for dissenting or being suspected of dissenting to the imposition of socialism and the confiscation of their property, farms, and businesses by government thugs.

    The Black Book of Communism and Death by Government, two scholarly, university press books that horrifyingly document all of this, will not be on any reading list. Yet their socialist professors with Che Guevara or Mao posters hanging on their office walls will always take the moral high road while advocating in their classrooms the ideology that was the cause of the worst crimes in human history. (When Yours Truly adopted The Communist Manifesto in a class on “Capitalism and its Critics” one student complained that it was the fourth time he was required to read the book, but the other three professors treated it as a roadmap for a future America, not a poisonous historical relic).

    Your student will not learn that Sweden was a very prosperous country in the late nineteenth- and early twentieth-centuries because it was a limited government, low-tax society that spawned many great inventors and entrepreneurs (Alfred Nobel, Volvo, and Saab, Swiss watches), but that that prosperity was stopped in its tracks when Sweden adopted “democratic socialism” in mid-century. As a result, Sweden ate up (with taxes) the wealth created by previous generations, so much so that not a single net new job was created there from 1950 to 2005 according to the Swedish Economic Association. And when the Swedish central bank tried to bail out the floundering Swedish welfare state, it created 500% interest rates. (The same bank that pretentiously awards the Nobel Prize in Economic Science!).

    Your college student will be subjected to the old socialist propaganda tactic of accusing critics of socialism or socialistic policies of basing their opposition on hate, not logic or facts. A conservative or libertarian professor who discusses how welfare harms the work ethic and causes family break-ups will be accused of hating the poor. An economist who explains that a $15/hour minimum wage would cause massive unemployment among teenagers who are not yet capable of producing $15/hour for a business will be branded a capitalist tool and a paid propagandist. The same goes for the economist who criticizes price controls. Who could be against lower prices but a paid corporate propagandist?

    An economist may well be fired or denied tenure for pointing out the well-known fact that if one controls for marriage and choice of occupation, then there is no male/female “wage gap” caused by “discrimination” at all; in fact, many studies show that after such controls are made American women are paid slightly more than men.

    Good luck to any professor who, following the pioneering research of Nobel laureate economist Gary Becker, explains how competition in a capitalistic marketplace tends to diminish or eliminate wage discrimination based on race. The simple theory is that if an employer pays two equally productive employees differently, say paying the black employee half of what the white employee is paid, he creates a profit opportunity for his competitors, who will certainly take advantage of it. A man who can produce say $100,000/year for a business but who is paid only $30,000 because of discrimination could be offered double the salary by a competing employer who would then pocket the difference between $100,000 and $60,000. And another employer would offer him even more, and perhaps another. If there’s enough labor market competition the wage gap between black and white employees will eventually disappear.

    This very mainstream (in the economics profession, anyway) line of reasoning typically causes heads to explode in the PC world of academe, for one of its most cherished superstitions is that “the legacy of slavery” has forever left black people at an economic disadvantage, no matter how educated, skilled, talented, etc. they become. They still need to be “adopted” for life by the government and cared for like feeble little children.

Nemisis always follows Hubris

I know I am hard on the overconfident Trump Supporters who can't seem to come to grips with truth. YET.. I want to see Trump win, I can't stand to see Hillary Clinton become President. We have too much to lose .. like our nation. She is an instrument of destruction and death. What is required of you is to keep digging deep, if you are spiritual bind her and the demon that drives her. IF you are political find the truth, don't make it up and publish it abroad. That will be enough. Don't fall for every phony conspiracy post. Stay with the reality. That's terrifying enough. When you publish something easily debunked you hurt the cause. When Trump does something good like the trip to the flooded area.. make much of it. We have a HARD HARD road to get there... be help not hindrance.

A call to WAR

Please know my heart. I want to see Donald Trump win over Hillary Clinton with emphasis on the last. Yet I have a lifetime of experience that tells me how hard this is going to be. Here is part of my personal history that informs what I know and how hard this will be.

- have been a part of 3 church plants 2 of which failed. One of which morphed into something else. No matter how much we believed, no matter how much we tried.. it didn't come together. Faith isn't enough. Never before and in particular in this election, faith without works is dead.

- have formed from scratch 5 corporations in my life time. Two of which failed. Not bankrupt, just Kaput. 3 that became very successful and produced lucrative return. I know what it means to believe with all your heart that things are going to work out.. but without the right amount of vision there is no hope. That vision must be mixed with work as well. All the faith in the world won't substitute for hard work and a plan.

- married to the same woman for half a century. It didn't just happen, it took vision, perseverance and staying the course when it could have collapsed.

- now work in a business that requires me to work harder than I have worked in years. Even when I was CEO of two international corporations (not my own) I was aware of how close to disaster we were. All the happy talk in the world couldn't replace sticking to the knitting and focus on action not talk.

Now we are engaged in what in my view is the most important political campaign in my lifetime. Barack Obama was scary, Hillary Clinton is terrifying. Donald Trump is trying and he is a hard worker, but he needs to stay steady. More important his supporters and even those who are not enthusiastic about him must concentrate on getting him elected more important defeating Hillary Clinton. This takes money, time, talking to everyone you know, encouraging people to face reality. This is going to be VERY HARD. Happy talk words of prophecy confidence and fearlessness in thinking Trump is going to win by a landslide when everything I know says this is close, very very close.

As a business owner, CEO and entrepreneur I have to look at hard numbers on an operating statement, on a balance sheet and make hard decisions. That's what winners do. Find all the facts, face them and come up with a way to succeed in spite of the situation.

I will ask an arrogant question, what have you done in your life that amounts to enough to qualify you to make wild and empty claims that the numbers mean nothing. I don't want to discourage you. I need you to double down on your support for defeating Hillary Clinton at any cost. For saving the supreme court, for getting rid of corrupt government. There is no other choice than TRUMP.. everything and everyone else is fantasy. Look at the balance sheet and adjust your strategy. It's time.

What voting third party means or more important what NOT VOTING means

What REALLY Happened Culturally and Spiritually in Milwaukee WI over the weekend

A doctor who has cancer goes to a doctor who never had cancer but who knows what to do about it and does not have an emotional connection.

This is why the idea that "you aren't black or young or jobless" so you can't possibly understand doesn't really hold water with me.

I believe that the demonic manifestation we saw over the weekend in Milwaukee was somehow orchestrated to stand in contrast to the magnificent victory and nobility we see from our American Athletes at the Rio Olympics.  Particularly those who are black and carving out niches never before seen even in swimming.

So what explains clearly the spiritual and cultural events of the last couple nights.  I spent some time, not in study, in listening and here are observations that you can judge for yourself:

You know it more as: 

Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.

Those people rioting, burning, looting, beating others, stealing cars, burning down businesses and acting all the thug lack Vision.  More accurately they lack any capacity to see beyond the lies they believe. 

They have no plan, they have no expected outcome.  They find themselves in a place where they only have complaint.  They run wild.  They are a threat.  

They are trying to fill a God Shaped hole with something but what they are trying to use is not fit to fill it.  It's like those child toys where the triangle shape won't go in the round hole.  

Think about these young, mostly men.  16-28.  They live in a fantasy world.  They don't work.  Claim there are no jobs.. they are right, not for those for whom the education system failed and who come to the workforce with an attitude of entitlement.  They go to bed late, wake up, watch TV behind blinds pulled down, play video games (mostly very violent) with headphones on that blast "Music" into their brains creating a disconnect with reality of any kind.  They text, tweet and facebook to reinforce the fantasy world they live in.  The echo chamber of hatred for anything outside of their illusion just rings of reinforcement for the grand delusion.

These men have been indoctrinated with a hatred for something so nebulous that it cannot be clearly identified.  That somehow someone has all the money,  that life would be better IF, that there is a new order that can take over, that if somehow everything that represents the outside then all will be better.  Yet there is no if.  When anyone asks how it should be, there is no ability to define a concrete desired outcome.  No word picture that shows how it might work.

What makes it worse it the leaders or should I say Mis-Leaders who occupy visible seats of power and authority in politics, entertainment, education and the church.  These Mis-Leaders are reinforcing the fantasy under the guise of a Conversation, Program, Understanding and dialogue.

The first thing we must grasp is what we saw in Milwaukee had nothing to do with police shooting, nothing to do with racism, nothing to do with injustice.   What you saw was a demon.  Just like the KKK was a demonic manifestation.  Just like Nazi Germany was a demonic manifestation.  Just like ISIS and Radical Islam is a demonic Manifestation.  IF we have learned anything about dealing with demons, you don't have conversations, programs, understandings and dialogues.  You don't get into discussions with demons.  They are demons and simply need casting out.  

Of course you understand that if they are cast out, you can't leave the house swept clean or 7 worse will return.  Some of what we think is deliverance isn't.

That's why the whole talk about curing this with jobs and opportunity is a illusive diversion from reality.  That's trying to deal with a symptom and not the actual cause.   I won't point to parenting.  That cause is lost.  I won't point to education except to say that education doesn't do a thing for these boys/men.  

I do point to failed leadership from President Obama down to the local church.  Where are those who deal with the real issues?  

These young men are either moving towards a life of destruction or away from it.  It's easy to see what is driving them:

• The movies they watch ... towards or away from destruction
• The friends they hang out with ... towards or away from destruction
• The Music they listen to ... towards or away from destruction
• The games they watch ... towards or away from destruction
• The hours they keep (not out till 3) ... towards or away from destruction
• The Television they watch ... towards or away from destruction
• The Social media "Friends" they have ... towards or away from destruction
• The people who they consider "Wise" ... towards or away from destruction
• The You Tube Videos they watch ... towards or away from destruction

Parents will say, "It's too hard".. See Proverbs 28:17 again please

I live right next door to a youth prison.  I can see it out my window.  A local Church I attend sends teams of people in monthly to work with and tutor these young men.  Some of those arrested in Milwaukee will end up in such a place.  There these fantasy attitudes will be reinforced by peer pressure.  They leave unchanged and mostly worse off.  

A statistic from the prison that is tragic but true.  Of the young men released from there a third will be dead in 18 months or back in prison.  They have already demonstrated by their lives that they are influenced by the rabble at the speed of light.

In earlier times if you wanted to accumulate a crowd of torch and pitchfork carriers to go to Frankenstein house to kill the monster that took some doing. There weren't even phones, it had to be house to house.  If you wanted to get a guy out of the local jail with a mob to lynch him, the lie had to be told and then the rabble had to be riled up.  Even in Nazi Germany Hitler needed his Beer Halls.  In modern times the Imams who help radicalize young men to become part of ISIS or some offshoot only need facebook, You Tube and twitter to find and recruit them.  We live in the age of light speed mob incitement.

What we saw in Milwaukee was exactly that.  These men without any vision are running wild.  It only takes one false story, one false rumor, one lie and the rabble is enraged, takes to the street and begins to steal, kill and destroy.  That's how you know who the father of that lie is.

What I want to know is WHERE ARE THE SUPPOSED SPIRITUAL LEADERS?  We know where the local aldermen are.  They blame a lack of jobs.  Delusion.  Where is President Obama?  Why aren't we hearing some serious rebuke of the devil?  Denial of the reality of demonic activity reinforces it.

The result of all this is creating communities that now resemble scenes from "Escape From New York".  We already have this in parts of Chicago, Baltimore, Detroit and other places where restraint has been removed.  If you think policing will continue in those places in Milwaukee as it did at one time where all this happened, you are part of the delusion.  Those businesses are gone and they won't be back.  How do you get enough insurance for the looting that we saw.  No one in their right mind will ever rebuild.  I was alive in 1968 when MLK was murdered.  I saw the pictures of Chicago in Flames.  Most of those burned out neighborhoods NEVER RECOVERED.  It's not racism, it's common sense.  IF you love your community, you will start telling them the truth.

I am trying to help those who are too close to the forest to see the trees, who identify, who might have at one time BEEN one of these young men.  It is too individual an experience for you to have even a shot at objectivity.  I want to help you remove your blinders.  

If there is a solution that can be presented that is concrete, I want to hear it.  Let's start at the core level and stop lying to our young men.  The lies Liberals, Race Pimps and YES the Democrats have told are getting people killed on the streets.  The lack of leadership from those who could have spoken truth to this demon and cast it out is destroying whole communities. We need to stop lying to people and perpetuating the fantasy:

BLM, the reparation people, the president, the Justice Department and the press are all lying to our black citizens about the source and nature of the dangers to their lives. They tell black people things that are the opposite of what a friend tells a friend. They say, "It's not your fault." They say, "There's nothing you can do until other people stop oppressing you." They say, "Things will get better for you when your superiors fix the world."

This is delusional.

A true friend to black Americans would say: "Your treatment as a race is as good as it is anywhere, and as good as it's gonna get. The past is past. It's on you to make your lives better now. Take responsibility. Join with good guys of whatever color to fight bad guys of whatever color. Then get on with making something of your lives. Because it's all on you. And anyone who tells you differently, is lying you to death."

Two last things.. JESUS:

Remember when Jesus came upon the Gadarene demoniac?  How he chided the people, "what are you doing, why are you discriminating against this man. You have him in chains.  What is that all about. Can't you find this man a Job?  I'm sure if he had a job he's be fine."  No?  That's because what he did was right and he gave him a mission.  Go and tell.

I know this offends many, some will fail in defense of the status quo or point to some activity or program they have.  They forget the words of JESUS in Luke 12:

 Jesus Causes Division

49 “I have come to set the world on fire, and I wish it were already burning! 50 I have a terrible baptism of suffering ahead of me, and I am under a heavy burden until it is accomplished. 51 Do you think I have come to bring peace to the earth? No, I have come to divide people against each other! 52 From now on families will be split apart, three in favor of me, and two against—or two in favor and three against.

‘Father will be divided against son
    and son against father;
mother against daughter
    and daughter against mother;
and mother-in-law against daughter-in-law
    and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law.’

54 Then Jesus turned to the crowd and said, “When you see clouds beginning to form in the west, you say, ‘Here comes a shower.’ And you are right. 55 When the south wind blows, you say, ‘Today will be a scorcher.’ And it is. 56 You fools! You know how to interpret the weather signs of the earth and sky, but you don’t know how to interpret the present times.

57 “Why can’t you decide for yourselves what is right? 58 When you are on the way to court with your accuser, try to settle the matter before you get there. Otherwise, your accuser may drag you before the judge, who will hand you over to an officer, who will throw you into prison. 59 And if that happens, you won’t be free again until you have paid the very last penny.”

 

The reality is, when truth (who Jesus is) is revealed it will cause division.  It will create anger, fire and the kind of things we see today.  We need a revelation of true RIGHTEOUSNESS.  The fullness of this important passage is never taught in it's fullness.  Instead from many pulpits the opposite is taught. You are owed.  You need to make the other guy pay. If we could just end racial discrimination, if we could stop white privilege, if we could have true equality, if we could end police violence, if if if if if if..   Stop believing in IF.  There is no IF.  That's NOT what true righteousness is.  People have to come to know that even when we are on our butt from abuse, there is a way up.

Psalm 37:
18 Day by day the Lord takes care of the innocent, and they will receive an inheritance that lasts forever. 19 They will not be disgraced in hard times; even in famine they will have more than enough. 20 But the wicked will die. The Lord’s enemies are like flowers in a field— they will disappear like smoke. 21 The wicked borrow and never repay, but the godly are generous givers. 22 Those the Lord blesses will possess the land, but those he curses will die. 23 The Lord directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives. 24 Though they stumble, they will never fall, for the Lord holds them by the hand. 25 Once I was young, and now I am old. Yet I have never seen the godly abandoned or their children begging for bread. 26 The godly always give generous loans to others, and their children are a blessing. 27 Turn from evil and do good, and you will live in the land forever. 28 For the Lord loves justice, and he will never abandon the godly. He will keep them safe forever, but the children of the wicked will die. 29 The godly will possess the land and will live there forever. 30 The godly offer good counsel; they teach right from wrong. 31 They have made God’s law their own, so they will never slip from his path. 32 The wicked wait in ambush for the godly, looking for an excuse to kill them. 33 But the Lord will not let the wicked succeed or let the godly be condemned when they are put on trial. 34 Put your hope in the Lord. Travel steadily along his path. He will honor you by giving you the land. You will see the wicked destroyed. 35 I have seen wicked and ruthless people flourishing like a tree in its native soil. 36 But when I looked again, they were gone! Though I searched for them, I could not find them! 37 Look at those who are honest and good, for a wonderful future awaits those who love peace. 38 But the rebellious will be destroyed; they have no future. 39 The Lord rescues the godly; he is their fortress in times of trouble. 40 The Lord helps them, rescuing them from the wicked. He saves them, and they find shelter in him.
