Clarity for Christians or Kool Aide Kure

Barry Kolb's favorite Pastor Speaker is Ed Young Jr. He's pretty good. His telecast sermon for today was one I wish every single Christian in America would take the time to watch.

He doesn't endorse a candidate. He doesn't say, you must vote for this one or that one. Or this or that party. He does say that there are some ways as a Christian you must evaluate the quality of a candidate before you cast your vote on Tuesday. He takes all of this biblical basis from the Book of Proverbs. It's really worth watching. Now, sadly I know there are Christians who have seared their consonances and cannot get past voting against the last eight years.

I have a news flash, No matter who is elected, George W Bush will not be president any more.

So, then we must decide if we are going to vote FOR someone who we may not be crazy about, or vote against someone we cannot support under any circumstances.

I am grieved to see Christians openly supporting a candidate without considering the biblical basis of evaluation. I am going to ask, if you are a Christian, or believe you are a Christian and support a candidate who may not agree with you on issues of Life and Marriage between the same sexes, then I beg you to watch this video. IF after that, you are still convinced that you should vote for that candidate, then go ahead. I'll let God deal with you later. He loves you too much not to discipline you if you willfully go against his word.
