These restaurants are established, many times family operations handed down, generations, legacy, but people don't come any more. It's about to close. They wonder why people stay away. They do because the service is not good, the place is stuck, the food... is ordinary, it lacks the 100 little things that make an ordinary restaurant an extraordinary restaurant. They vote by the SPIRIT with their feet. They are no longer content to be served poorly, at high prices, bad food, in a stuffy arrogant distant atmosphere by "owners" who think it's their God Given right to their patronage.
