This man is a poster child for the fact that not all mercy is merciful. He isn't hungry or in pain enough to get right. Any homeless shelter that lets him stay for more than a few days should be defunded. I'm not being cruel, this is not in the Biblical order of proper concern for the poor. Read your Bible.
