WHAT GOD IS LOOKING FOR IN THOSE WHO WOULD BE MINISTERS

I learned this from a young Pastor Friend of Mine. I give Aaron Helland Credit. His comment was that while we think God Judges us on what we get done or what our abilities are, our giftings or anointings or what we hope to do; in fact God is most interested in our Character, then our relationships and finally in our abilities. Aaron drew this picture. I think there is a lot to chew in what he said. I thought I would share it with you. If you click on the image it gets bigger.
After 62 years I am still a work in progress. Aren't we all?

What's the saying...?

To reach a great height a person needs to have great depth....

Try not to become a man of success. Rather become a man of value. - Albert Einstein

Integrity is what you are and do when nobody's around...

Integrity is doing what you say...

You can get everything money will buy without a lick of character, but you can't get any of the things money won't buy - happiness, joy, peace of mind, winning relationships, etc. without character. - Zig Ziglar

Reputation is what men and women think of us; character is what God and angels know of us. - Thomas Paine

I'm working on it, too...

don't think your hate and intolerance for others who are not like you fit very well into either of the first 2 boxes. might be able to distort a bible verse or 2 to get by on the first box, but not beyond that. keep working.
