The post below must be mollified by the reality of the other Clinton. He says in a speech, "IF YOU ELECT ME". I can give you all kinds of reasons why he would say this or that. Habit, age, dementia. Or did old Freud and his slips visit us again? HMMM.
The video is awful, he doesn't say it till the end, and you have to listen to 2 minutes of Bill Clinton to get there. It's worth it.
