God has a great sense of Humor. In Australia some protesters against Human Caused Global Warming were going to carry a Solar and Wind powered "Torch" across the continent in protest.
BUT, it was too cold.
And God Laughed.
Oh and if you want a chuckle, take a peek at the picture in the article. I used to hang out with these sort of folks. Well meaning dupes. Been there but no longer have the tee shirt.

It's winter in Australia at this moment; one of the groups out of many who are participating in the relay throughout Australia were passing through a mountain top. No kidding that it was "cold" but the message they are trying to convey had nothing to do with the timing of the activism. The so-called "article" only states the fact it was cold (no kidding) and desperately tried to deviate the impressionable readers away from the gist of their work. Next time you decide to berate Global Warming with these specious "gotcha" moments, pick a more cogent piece on the Internet. You just made a fool out of yourself.

OH, I know it's winter, actually it's about our late Feb, and in Australia shouldn't still be so cold.
Yet global warming and all, they froze their pitutes off.
I was amused. Oh the irony of it all.
